Numerical Simulation Research of Pressure Relief Mechanism of Borehole of Small Pillar Stress Concentrated Areas

Abstract:
The paper analyzed the pressure relief mechanism of borehole of small pillar stress concentrated areas,used ADINA finite element software to simulate the function mechanism of pressure relief of borehole,the development of dynamic damage and destruction of surrounding rock-mass,the redistribution of stress field around borehole.Through comparing numerical simulations in different apertures and pitchrows of borehole of small pillar stress concentrated areas,it was found that the pressure relief borehole with rational aperture and pitchrow could induce structural failure of the coal seam,consequently the high stress area of pillar moved deeply in the coal seam.The simulation result showed that pressure relief of borehole of small pillar stress concentrated areas has prominent effect for controlling deformation and destruction of the small pillar.

Abstract:
Single fault problem of power supply equipments often induces damage of equipments in industrial field,so as to cause loss for production.Aiming at the problem,the paper proposed a solution of industry-used redundancy power supply based on LTC4357.It expounded the principle of N+1 redundancy mode,introduced design of the redundancy module in the redundancy power supply in details,and indicated the problems and solutions when the DC regulated power supply module was used in industrial filed.At last,it gave real graph of the redundancy power supply.The actual application showed that the scheme has certain feasibility.

Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of spontaneous fire of mist coal in gob area,the paper proposed(a design) scheme of monitoring and control system of wireless temperature sensor ad-hoc networks for coal spontaneous combustion based on CC1020.It gave overall framework of the system,introduced design of hardware and software of node of the wireless temperature sensor ad-hoc networks in details.The experiment result showed that the system has characteristics of far communication distance and strong penetrability and diffractiveness,which is more applicable to complex and multivariant circumstance such as existence of underground bar,narrow laneway space and curving laneway.

Abstract:
The existing geological conditions of our opencast mines are suitable to adopt overcastting mining technique of dragline.The paper researched model selection of dragline equipment of opencast mine,analyzed determination principle of main mining parameters of model selection of dragline equipment in opencast mine,introduced basic steps of model selection as well as calculation method of main parameters of dragline equipment.At last,it used computer simulation technology to build mathematical model of model selection of dragline equipment.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a kind of improved dynamic bandwidth allocation(DBA) algorithm which was applicable to EPON system of mining area based on analyzing the particularity of EPON system of mining area and the shortcomings of traditional DBA algorithm.It analyzed implementation process of the algorithm in details.The experiment result showed that the algorithm realizes the function of DBA based on service-oriented as well as compromises the fairness of allocation,and guarantees the time delay requests of different priority businesses.

Abstract:
The existence of mining car changes figure and size of cross section of coal mine laneway,so it influences transmission characteristics of electromagnetic wave.The paper measured the influence of mining car on transmission characteristics of electromagnetic wave in coal mine laneway on the site and analyzed measured data in details.The measuring result showed that transmission attenuation of electromagnetic wave has relation with the length of carriage and the transmission frequency,the existence of mining car makes increase of transmission attenuation of electromagnetic wave.In range of 50~(900 MHz,) the higher the frequency of electromagnetic wave is and the smaller the attenuation is,the more propitious they are to transmit electromagnetic wave.

Abstract:
On the basis of analyzing three kinds of wireless position methods,the paper indicated the TOA position method could provide higher position precision,which had certain feasibility used in underground.And aiming at the problems that TOA position method had limited time resolution and could not meet with the demands used in underground,it proposed a frequency-domain super-resolution TOA position algorithm based on subspace decomposition and MUSIC algorithm.At last it used the algorithm to simulate the two typical conditions of OLOS and LOS between sending antenna and receiving antenna.The result showed that the frequency-domain super-resolution TOA position algorithm can improve time resolution and achieve higher position precision under the condition of low SNR,which is suitable for underground personnel position.

Abstract:
On the basis of research of current fault diagnosis method of AC-AC frequency-conversion speed-regulation system,the paper proposed a fault diagnosis method of AC-AC frequency-conversion speed-regulation system with improved wavelet packet algorithm.It expounded principle of improved wavelet packet algorithm on the basis of analyzing principle and disadvantages of standard wavelet packet algorithm and introduced the method using the improved wavelet packet algorithm to pick up characteristic quantity of fault signal of frequency converter in details.The simulation result showed that amount of calculation and appropriative storage space of the improved wavelet packet algorithm are less than that of the standard wavelet packet algorithm.Compared with current fault diagnosis method,the fault diagnosis method of frequency-conversion speed-regulation system based on the improved wavelet packet algorithm has advantages of high accuracy,fast diagnosis speed,etc.

Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of impact of reactive power and high-order harmonic wave pollution caused by mine hoist to power grid,the paper proposed a scheme of TSC type dynamic reactive power compensation of mine hoist taking characteristics of hoist load of one coal mine of Jiaozuo coal mine group as sample.It analyzed influence of mine hoist load on power grid and harmonic current produced by mine hoist load,and introduced design and implementation of the scheme in details.The simulation result showed that the scheme of TSC type dynamic reactive power compensation can satisfy the requests of dynamic compensation basically,and can enhance power factor of net side and reduce input of harmonic wave to high-voltage power grid as well as reduce distortion rate of harmonic voltage and harmonic current.

The paper proposed a design scheme of vector control system of asynchronous motor which took DSP chip as controller,analyzed control principle of the vector control system,introduced hardware design and software program of the system in details as well as gave simulation experiment of the system.The experiment result showed that the vector control system of asynchronous motor based on DSP has good start characteristics,high control precision,quick dynamic response,which is suitable for situation with higher demand on system performance.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a method of using majority function to realize sensorless brushless DC motor control with back-electromotive force filtering.The method uses DSPIC A/D converter to sample BEMF signal of trapezoidal wave,then it compares the BEMF signal of trapezoidal wave with reconstructed virtual neutral-point of the motor so as to detect crossover point,and uses majority function filter to make filtering procession for the comparative result.When detecting crossover point,the DSPIC30F2010 ADC changes phase for the driving voltage of the motor after one delay time.At last,the method uses control loop to realize(highly efficient) and smooth running of the sensorless brushless DC(motor.) Compared with the mode of using hardware filter or external comparator,the method has the advantages of few hardware,little cost and small PCB size.The actual application showed that the method is simple and practical,which has good performances.

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of bad compatibility between monitoring and control network of coal mine and the third party equipments,the paper proposed a design scheme of embedded multi-bus communication protocol converter.It expounded contents of software part of the scheme emphatically,namely implementation of porting μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system to AT91M40800,and pointed out the problems that should be paid attention to in the porting process as well as solution methods.At last it programmed testing codes.The software had been ported in the circuit board developed by our research group,the running application showed that the system is steady and reliable under multi-task environment.

Abstract:
Traditional data storage engine updates data by in place update technique which would induce performance reduction and wear aggravation of Flash Memory.Aiming at the problem,the paper proposed a multi version data storage engine MV4Flash oriented Flash Memory which used out place update technique.The data storage engine uses the mechanism of multi version storage and garbage collection and updates and modifies all data by file superaddition mode,which is suitable for the characteristic of erase before write of Flash Memory and can prolong its life.The result of performance test for the data storage engine with NDB Bench showed that compared with traditional InnoDB,the MV4Flash has higher performance of transaction processing,so the MV4Flash is more suitable for application system with large data volume and high real-time demand.

The paper introduced some new kinds of measuring instruments for liquid-level used in industry production process and their measuring methods,such as fiber liquid-level meter,magnetostriction liquid-level meter,fork liquid-level limit switch,differential pressure type liquid-level meter,radar liquid-level meter and servo type float liquid-level meter,and analyzed and compared the characteristics of the several liquid-level meters.At last,it indicated that automatic measuring technology for liquid-level on the one hand must use new measuring principle,develop new measuring instruments for liquid-level and expand measuring way,on the other hand,it must develop facing on micro-computerization and intelligence.

Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of bad environment in fully mechanized mining working face in mine and a large number of nodes of hydraulic support,the paper proposed a design scheme of hydraulic support control system based on double CAN buses.It analyzed working environment of the system,gave structure of the system and introduced design of hardware and software of controller nodes in details as well as expounded implementation of double CAN buses communication.The system classifies data on bus into adjacent support operation data and support state data according to working requests of the system,and transfers these data through two different channels,which can realize automatic switch function of the channels when one bus has fault.The practical application showed that real-time performance of the system is better than of single CAN bus when two CAN buses and all nodes are in normal working condition.Specially,under interruption condition of one CAN bus,the communication system based on single CAN bus will not work,but the communication system based on double CAN buses will work normally and real-time and reliability performance of the system will not decline.The scheme provides a new design idea for application of double CAN buses and enhancing performance of communication network of hydraulic support control system.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a design scheme of an intelligent type electronic over-load protection relay of motor based on μC/OS-II embedded operating system and LPC2292 embedded microprocessor.On the basis of adopting symmetrical component method to analyze common faults of three-phase asynchronous motor,the paper introduced hardware design of the relay and introduced priority distribution of all kinds of tasks of μC/OS-II embedded operating system and design thought of the data communication part based on CAN bus in details.The relay can select the best matching mode to control and protect motor automatically according to running state of load as well as intercommunicate with upper computer.The experiment running and field application results showed that the relay has easy operation,reliable performance,perfect protection functions and strong anti-interference ability.

The paper proposed a design scheme of intelligent and remote meter reading system based on GPRS and low-voltage power line carrier communication,gave general structure of the system and expounded implementation of the GPRS communication and PLC communication.It introduced design of the concentrator and the collector of the remote terminal in details and gave meter reading steps of the master.The intelligent and remote meter reading system uses lower-voltage power line as transmission channel of the concentrator and the collector,and uploads the energy data stored by the concentrator to the master by GPRS wireless data communication technology,which realizes the function of remote and automatic meter reading of the electric quantity.The actual application showed that the system can reduce working strength greatly and improve automatic degree of energy management.
