Methane Infrared Detection System of Coal Mine

Abstract:
Aiming at the shortcomings of existed methane detection device of coal mine,the paper(proposed) a design scheme of methane infrared detection system of coal mine based on detection principle of spectral absorption.It analyzed detection principle of infrared difference absorption,and introduced design of hardware and software of the system in details.The methane infrared detection system of coal mine took wide band LED as light source and used one light path to realize detection of difference absorption,which eliminated error caused by difference of light path in two light path system,used phase locking amplifier to make phase sensitivity demodulation for small signal and moving smoother method with removing extreme value to filter for digital quantity,which improved sensitivity of the system.The experimental result showed that the precision and stability of methane concentration detected by the system could meet detection demands.

Abstract:
Communication substation has important function in coal mine safety monitoring and control system.The paper proposed a design scheme of CAN interface of mine-used communication substation based on ARM,introduced design method of CAN controller SJA1000 expanded by ARM microprocessor S3C44B0X in details.The scheme used CPLD to realize parallel communication interface with high-speed between S3C44B0X and 89C52 single-chip microcomputer and PIE12,and had the advantages such as simple implementation,high reliability and good CPU availability.The experiment result showed that the scheme not only made the communication substation become the device of collection and retransimission with functions of enquiry and display on the spot and keyboard control on the spot,but also the communication substation has function of CAN bridge.
Wireless Sensor Network System Used in Underground Gas Monitoring

Abstract:
Aiming at the defects of wire gas monitoring mode at present,the paper proposed a design scheme of wireless sensor network system used in underground gas monitoring.It gave the network(structure) of the system,as well as introduced the design method of software and hardware of the system in details.The experiment result of simulating mine environment showed that the system improved security and stability of data,met design requirements of low-cost,low-power and low-complexity of coal mine safety system,which had a certain feasibility.

Abstract:
The direct power control is a new type of control strategy coming after the vector control and the direct torque control and has some superior performances.The paper introduced development of direct power control technology,expounded the principle of three-phase rectifier based on direct power control and its mathematical model,as well as gave implementation method of each module.The simulation result showed that the three-phase rectifier based on direct power control had advantages such as stable output(voltage,) small phase difference of input current and voltage on the side of DC,high power factor and little harmonic wave,which received expectation effect.

Abstract:
Aiming at the shortages of the traditional PID control mode,the paper proposed a new(control) strategy for permanent magnetism synchronous motor,namely using ant colony optimization(algorithm) to optimize three factors k_a,k_b,k_u of fuzzy neural network controller of overall system,and gave(mathematical) model of permanent magnetism synchronous motor,introduced design of fuzzy neural(network) controller in details,analyzed ant colony optimization algorithm and made simulation experiment at last.The simulation result showed that the speed-regulation system of permanent magnetism(synchronous) motor with fuzzy neural network controller based on ant colony optimization had strong(robustness) and adaptivity,faster dynamic response,which could better follow load variation.
Design of a New Type of Soft Starter of Three-phase Asynchronous Motor

Abstract:
Aiming at the existed problem of current impact when three-phase asynchronous motor(adopted) method of step-down starting,the paper proposed a design scheme of new type of soft starter of three-phase asynchronous motor,introduced design of hardware and software of the soft starter in details.The soft starter used 80C196KC single-chip microcomputer and power and electronic technology to adjust input voltage of motor automatically and had advantages of simple structure,easy to adjust parameters,as well as smooth to start motor.The experiment result showed that the soft starter could complete soft starting of motor by setting different starting voltage and starting time according to demands.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a new type of control strategy of voltage source APF,introduced design method of the control strategy in details,and gave block diagram of configuration and control of the(control) strategy.The control strategy used control method based on DC voltage control and reactive(current) feedback in order to control output current directly,which avoiding complex calculation for active(and reactive) power.EMTP-Scope view simulation result showed that the control strategy of voltage source APF could effectively compensate harmonic current and reactive current.

Abstract:
The paper took high-performance DSP DM642 as core to build hardware platform of digital image processing system and used M file S-function in Matlab to develop user-difined algorithm module so as to build Simulink model of complex image processing algorithm,which realized high-speed processing for digital image.It took Canny brink algorithm as example to carry out experiment.The experiment result showed that the implementation of digital image processing in DSP platform could improve processing speed,using user-difined algorithm module of S-function could improve programme efficiency.
Selection Method of Variable of Standard Coal Consumption Rate Model of Thermal Power Generating Units

Abstract:
The variable selection is foundation in modeling of neural network.There are many influencing factors in thermal power generating units,which affect the coal consumption rate.If all sorts of influencing factors are included in input variable,related input variables will become overabundance,increase training burden of neural network,enhance possibility to get in local minimum point and reduce prediction precision of neural network.The paper firstly analyzed the factors that affected the standard coal consumption rate of thermal power generating units and proposed a method of variable selection based on sensitivity analysis,then it used the method to calculate contributing rate of each factor for output,and according to each contributing rate,the method selected six factors which had the most contributing rate from many influencing factors as input variable of neural network model.The simulation result showed that the method of variable selection could simplify structure of neural network,reduce training time of neural network and improve prediction precision.

Abstract:
The paper designed a kind of general evaluation software based on indicator system taking VB6.0 and Access database as platform and using technology of modular program design.It introduced design idea,structure and basis functions of the software.The software could be used in different evaluation indicator systems,which had the functions such as statistic of experts’ mark,redistribution and automatic calculation of indicator weighting,evaluation operation,output of reports and figures and database management.The example proved that the software had higher use value.

Abstract:
It is important to get information about location and health of underground operation personnel timely and accurately after accident happened in coal mine underground.The paper proposed a design scheme of using wireless body sensor network in underground personnel searching and rescuing system,introduced networking mode of wireless body sensor network in coal mine underground and hardware design of node of body sensor.During happening accident in mine,the network could get physiological information of underground personnel in time and could establish feasible rescuing scheme combing with location function of underground personnel searching and rescuing system,which improved rescuing level remarkably.

Aiming at the existed shortage of great running consumption that main mine hoist system of one coal mine used speed-regulation mode of serial rotor resistance of motor,the paper proposed a reform scheme of cascade high-voltage frequency-conversion with multi-level based on H-bridge power unit for electric control system of hoist,introduced structure and main technology characteristics of PLC technology control system of hoist and basic principle of implementation of frequency-conversion driving system.The practical application showed that the reformed high-voltage frequency-conversion system of mine hoist ran stably and achieved design demand completely.
