Research of Prediction of Coal and Gas Outburst Based on BP Artificial Neural Network Utilizing Bayesian Regularizatio

Abstract:
The paper introduced principle of BP artificial neural network and Bayesian regularization(algorithm,) discussed establishment of model of BP artificial neural network utilizing Bayesian regularization,established the best network structure of prediction model of coal and gas outburst which had only one hidden layer with only one neural node through experiment of changing quantity of neural node in(hidden) layer of the network.The result of using prediction indexes of coal and gas outburst to train and check the network showed that the danger degree of coal and gas outburst of prediction by the netwoprk was according with the actual status completely.The result of analyzing inputted prediction indexes of coal and gas outburst of input layer of the network and influence weight of outputted prediction result of output layer showed that the geological structure type of coal seam had the largest effect to coal and gas outburst.Above research results had some reference value to research of prediction and prevention of coal and gas outburst and improvement of its prediction accuracy.

Abstract:
The paper designed and realized a kind of interaction and demonstrating system based on free-viewpoint stereoscopic video of surface mining virtual reality technology combining with the newest(interactive) free-viewpoint stereoscopic video technology and surface mining virtual reality technology.It(established) virtual visual model of a surface mine using 3DS Max and VRMap software,further more, scene romance and video image creation of such models were carried out in accordance with conditions fit to proper tidimensional display.At last,it designed interactive free-viewpoint stereoscopic video software combining with three-dimensional demonstrating characteristics of virtual scene,by which virtual reality scene was shown.The system overcame localization of traditional virtual reality demonstrations and (entitled) more users to participant in and interact with lower(cost.) The system owned stronger environmental expansion at the same time.

Abstract:
Based on analyzing application status of existing wireless sensor networks in coal mine,the paper designed a structure of heterogeneous and hierarchical wireless sensor networks used in coal mine and developed hardware platform of the network.It also put forward generate control mechanism of cluster network in lower tier and multiple-gateway based shortest path routing in middle backbone network tier combining with application characteristics of coal mine.

Abstract:
Combining with features of Wiener proof and Toeplitz equation,the paper deduced a simple solving method of multi-channel auto-regressive model,introduced method of analysis and synthesis of fire signals of belt conveyor with multi-channel. Matlab was adopted to simulate the fire signals and non-fire signals of belt conveyor.The simulation results showed that the synthestical signals had the same trends with original signals as a whole and had a feature of power spectrum matching.

Abstract:
The paper analyzed principle of voltage space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM),designed SVPWM frequency conversion speed regulation system which took DSP chip as(controller,)(introduced) hardware structure of the system and its software realization,built up simulation model of the(system) and then did simulation test to the system with Matlab/Simulink (software.) The(simulation) results confirmed that the system had fast starting,small overshoot and small steady-state torque(ripple,) as well as good static and dynamic performance.

Abstract:
Through deep analysis of stable state and transient state process of grounding fault in distribution network and combining with wavelet packets theory,the paper put forward a new method of single-phase grounding line selection in distribution network based on the wavelet packet and energy,introduced base,principle and procedure of line selection of the method.The simulation experiment of Matlab(indicated) that the line selection method enhanced accuracy and reliability of grounding fault line selection,(which) had good application worth.

The paper introduced measurement principle of multi-arm caliper logging tool,designed 3D imaging system for multi-arm caliper logging tool based on OpenGL.It also introduced obtaining of space point,data processing and software design,implementation method of 3D reconstruction of 3D imaging system for multi-arm caliper logging tool in details.The whole effect pictures of 3D reconstruction showed that the system could achieve 3D reconstruction of casing pipe accurately and quickly,the algorithm was reasonable and simple.

Aiming at the problems of low precision of speed regulating and inconvenience of zero(adjustment) of analogical controller of electromagnetic speed regulating motor,the paper designed a full-digital controller of electromagnetic speed regulating motor which took AVR single-chip microcomputer as core,introduced structure,hardware and software design of the controller.It also expounded the key point of design of detection circuit of voltage(zero-crossing,) thyristor trigger(circuit) and measurement(circuit) of pulse conversion in details.The controller applied speed measuring with(frequency) and digital(PID algorithm,) and could meet different load.
