Abstract:
In order to improve pridiction accuracy of water irruption quantity of mine,the paper introduced an intelligent monitor of water inrush from coal floor based on acoustic emission characteristic according to spectrums of acoustic emission have difference under diffirent stress speeds and fracture of coal-rock with different water content.It gave judgment model of water inrush hazard,introduced design of hardware and software of the monitor in details,and made experiment test for the monitor.The test result showed that the monitor can provide reference for real-time pridiction of undreground water inrush.
Design of Intelligent Reactive Power Compensator of Power Network

Abstract:
To solve the shortcomings of bad anti-interference ability and low reliability of present reactive power compensator,the paper proposed a design scheme of intelligent reactive power com-(pensator.) It introduced design of hardware and software and working principle of the compensator,and gave realized functions and adopted anti-interference measures of the compensator.The compensator made an industrial test at No.1 and No.2 motor of pump house of the explosive materials limited company of Pingdingshan coal group,and the result showed that the compensator has stable running,reliable and sensitive action and accurate display,which effectively improves power factor of electrical equipment.
Research of Low-voltage Possibility of Coal Mine Power Network Based on Grey Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluatio

Abstract:
In view of low-voltage kinds of load side of coal mine power network,the paper selected eight influencing factors on voltage level of coal mine power network,then used analytic hierarchy process to build three-layer evaluation structure,gave calculation methods of weigh of each layer,and used the method of grey theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze influence degrees of each factor,which could get accurate evaluation of low-voltage possibility of coal mine power network.The example analysis proved the validity of the method.
Remote Monitoring and Control System of Underground Substation Based on CAN Bus and Ethernet

Abstract:
In order to improve reliability and real-time of detection data and control data of underground substation,the paper proposed a design scheme of remote monitoring and control system of underground substation based on CAN bus and Ethernet.The system uses high-voltage switch integrated protector to convert various protection and detection signals of underground substation to CAN bus data,and each substation sets one or more monitoring substations.The monitoring substation uses CAN bus-Ethernet protocol converter developed by PIC18F4680 and ENC28J60 to convert CAN bus data to Ethernet data frames,then transmit data by Ethernet.The upper computer of surface monitoring and control center uses multithread technology to convert Ethernet data frames to Modbus protocol data,which can realize functions of remote monitoring and control for underground substation.The actual application showed that network structure of using CAN bus and Ethernet can meet requirements of remote monitoring and control system of underground substation perferably.

Abstract:
The optimization problem of vehicle scheduling and coal blending are not synthetically considered in the existing coal blending and scheduling system,so it has limitation and is difficult to meet with more and more complicated needs of coal scheduling task.To solve above problem,the paper proposed a coal blending and scheduling model which taking maximum economic benefit as goal,gave solution algorithm of the model based on two-stage algorithm.Taking a mining company in Shanxi province as example,it designed a dynamic coal blending and scheduling system based on the model.The actual running showed that the system not only decreases transportation cost of coal blending and scheduling,but also solves contradiction between user requirements and quality index of raw coal,which has broad application prospect.

Abstract:
To solve the problem that traditional compressors’ monitoring device can’t meet with demand of high level’s automation production,the paper proposed a design scheme of compressor monitoring and control system based on MCGS.It analyzed functions and characteristics of MCGS,gave whole structure of MGCS,introduced application of MGCS in compressor monitoring and control system and its implementation.The actual application showed that the system has good application effect,which greatly improves automation level of compressed air station and reduces labor intensity.

Abstract:
Based on the analysis of motion principle of leg-wheeled rescue robot,the paper built a dynamic model of the robot.Then according to the model,it proposed a control method of target tracking based on linear feedback control and introduced implementation of the control method in details.The experiment result proved the validity of the proposed control method.

Abstract:
To solve the problems of low measuring precision,poor stability and intelligence of traditional gas sensor,the paper introduced a design scheme of intelligent gas sensor.The sensor adopts several gas catalytic elements and takes ATmega128 single-chip microcomputer as control core,and uses least square data fusion algorithm to fuse several detection results of gas concentration,which realizes functions of gas detection and information processing.The experiment result showed that the intelligent gas sensor has performances of high measuring precision,long calibration periods and good main-(tainability.) Furthermore,it can overcome the problems of traditional gas sensor.
Segmentation Algorithm of Gangue Image Based on Image Eroding and Region Growing

Abstract:
In actual process of gangue separation,the main target is separating big gangue from coal and gangue.But images captured from running belt usually adulterate a lot of small coal particles or gangue particles,which will influence effect and efficiency of gangue separation if no filtering these particles.For above problems,the paper proposed a segmentation algorithm of gangue image based on image eroding and region growing.The algorithm firstly compresses the original image,then takes the compressed image for histogram equalization,makes image eroding process by setting suitable radius of eroding,and selects suitable seeds and threshold to make region growing.At last,It takes the processed image to compute with the original image,which can get big gangue image with clear edge.The simulation result showed that the algorithm can separate large gangue effectively,and the range of threshold of region growing of eroded image is bigger,which has reference function for images with bad edge.

Abstract:
To solve the problems of poor operation reliability and high fault probability of underground high-voltage cable joint,the paper proposed a design scheme of on-line monitoring system of temperature of high-voltage cable joint of mine, gave overall structure of the system,introduced design of hardware and software of the system in details.The experiment result showed that the system has advantages of stable running and high reliability and its each index meets with national standards for coal industry and actual operation requirements,which has a practical value.

Abstract:
In view of request of on-line environment monitoring of coal mine underground,the paper proposed a design method of underground wireless sensor network node for real-time monitoring,introduced hardware composition and software design of the wireless sensor network node.The node can collect,process and transmit data of gas concentration,CO concentration,temperature and humidity of underground working face by microcontroller and wireless transmission module.The test result showed that the node is convenient to control and runs stably,which can realize reliable wireless network transmission.

Abstract:
To solve the shortcomings that auxiliary switch of traditional ZVT-PWM converter is hard power-off,the paper proposed a scheme of the new type of soft-switching Buck converter with PWM control,introduced topology and working principle of the new type of soft-switching Buck converter in details,and gave concrete designing process.The auxiliary circuit of the Buck converter makes main switch work in zero-voltage state,all semiconductor devices work in condition of soft-switching,which decreases losses of the switch.The simulation result proved validity of the scheme of the new type of soft-switching Buck converter.

The mine distribution network is a single-ended power supply system,its neutral point is ungrounding or grounding by arc suppression coil.When single-phase grounding fault happened,fault current is weak,so it is very hard to locate fault position.To solve the problem,the paper proposed a single-ended traveling wave fault ranging method based on difference of wave velocity between zero mode component and aerial mode component of traveling wave.It analyzed theory of traveling wave ranging in details,expounded measuring method for wave velocity of aerial mode and zero mode.By the simulation of ideal condition and existence of transitional resistance confirmed effectiveness and feasibility of the method.

Abstract:
Using wavelet analysis to realize single-phase grounding protection is easy to produce misjudgement and missed sanction and the method using magnitude and direction of transient component to realize single-phase protection needs calculate frequency and phase of transient component accurately.To solve above problems,the paper proposed a single-phase grounding protection method that needs not zero-sequence voltage transient component and needs not calculate frequency and phase of transient component combing with lots of experiment data of simulated arcing fault of 6 kV power networks and analyzed implementation principle of the method in details.The experiment result showed that the method has simple calculation,no filtering and higher accuracy.

Abstract:
In order to overcome shortcomings of traditional CHMM applied in speech recognition system,the paper proposed a hybrid model composed by CHMM and MLP network.The hybrid model introduced MLP in CHMM to calculate output probability of each state.In order to strengthen and improve speech recognition ability of CHMM,it analyzed and classified output probability by nonlinear prediction capability of MLP network instead of likelihood estimated value in CHMM.The experiment result showed that the hybrid model applied in speech recognition system has higher recognition ratio than that of traditional CHMM.

In view of the problem that CS-ACELP voice code algorithm has higher coding complexity and is difficult to realize real-time on DSP,the paper proposed an optimization method that could reduce complexity of CS-ACELP voice code algorithm.It analyzed principle of CS-ACELP voice code algorithm,introduced implementation that optimized CS-ACELP voice code algorithm reduced complexity in searching fixed codebook,and gave design of hardware and software of the scheme of code and decode of CS-ACELP voice implemented on 16 bits fixed-point DSP chip TMS320VC5402.The experiment result showed that the optimized CS-ACELP voice code algorithm can reduce operation complexity and improve running speed,and reconstructed voice meets the standard demands of code and encode.

Abstract:
The paper took the loose joint between crank and linkage of membrane pump as a wear fault and built dynamic model of cross slide of membrane pump according to contact force model in contact-separation states.On the basis it used Runge-Kutta method to make numerical simulation and gave dynamic response of displacement-speed of cross slide under different parameters,namely different crank rotate speeds,different wear rates and different liquid pressures.The result of the study indicated that the dynamic response of loose joint between crank and linkage of membrane pump is mainly influenced by crank rotate speeds,and it is also related with wear rate and liquid pressure of piston surface.

The paper introduced a design of monitoring and control system of mechanized mining sets of coal face.In view of the problem of many kinds of PLC adopted by mechanized mining sets,it introduced construction of unified protocol model based on Modbus.In view of the working characteristics of movement of shearer,it introduced a scheme of data transmission of shearer which combining wire communication with wireless communication,namely it uses mine-used communication cable of shielded twisted pair as communication media between fixed mechanized sets,and sets up a wireless set on moving united equipments such as head of shearer and sets up a wireless set on tail of shearer too,then the wireless set of tail of shearer connects with field bus,which builds a wire and wireless communication link,so as to it can realize data exchange between PLC controller installed on moving head of shearer and communication master station of the monitoring and control system of mechanized mining sets.
