Abstract:
In view of the problems that the data acquisition system of microcomputer relay protection of underground high-voltage distribution device has not good real-time ability,the paper proposed a design scheme of real-time data acquisition system for mine-used high-voltage distribution device based on TMS320LF2407 DSP and 14-bit A/D chip MAX125.It expounded hardware circuit design of PLL,data acquisition circuit and the system software.The experiment result showed that the system has good performance such as real-time,accurate and reliable in data acquisition.

Abstract:
The paper introduced a design scheme of intelligent protection device of magnetic starter based on W79E834,expounded design of hardware and software,implementation of protection function of the device.The device has protection functions such as short circuit,over-current,phase failure,earth leakage lockout and energy metering.The device has run in some coal mine and its result of field running showed that the device solves many problems existing in the simulation protection devices of coal mine,such as low precision,easy to fail and no energy metering,and so on,which realizes intellectualization and digitization of small flame-proof switch.
Design of Wireless Network Monitoring and Control System of Safety Parameter for Mine Air Shaft and Its Key Technologies

Abstract:
In view of the problems of safety parameter monitoring and data transmission of mine surface air shaft,the paper put forward a design scheme of wireless network monitoring and control system of safety parameter for mine air shaft which adopted DSP monitoring and control substation and transmitting data by wireless network,and emphatically expounded key technologies of design of monitoring and control substation,interface circuit,network selection,optimal design of wireless channel,and software design of upper and down comuputer.The system uses DSP monitoring and control substation to sample,process and display all the parameters of air shaft,and then transmit the data to the control center on ground through wireless network, which can monitor and process fault of the air shaft timely,and achieves safety production.

Abstract:
In order to resolve the problems of low precision and bad real-time of traditional control methods of blending system,the paper designed a fuzzy self-adaptive microcomputer blending system by using of fuzzy self-adaptive control algorithm based on fuzzy theory and expert system.The system adopts deviation and deviation change rate of raw material’s set value and actual weighing value as the fuzzy controller’s inputs and feeding and discharging speed as the outputs,and uses expert system to on-line evaluate weighing state and control precision and automatically adjust weighing speed and flying material amount,so as to realize the best combination of speed and precision.The practical application showed that the algorithm increases system’s precision and speed,reaches the set control requirements.

Abstract:
The paper introduced a design of Bootloader program based on MicroBlaze soft core processor,and described hardware configuration of the FPGA embedded system which is suitable for Bootloader program and flow of hardware logic design and software design of the program.The Bootloader program is a set of start-up codes which runs in the internal processor after hardware configuration of the FPGA is completed.It is used to transmit user’s application program from FLASH to external RAM and boot the embedded system.It solved the boot problem of embedded system with large complicated applications.It has applied in practice and has better adaptability.

Abstract:
In order to reduce energy loss of coal mine freezing station of sinking with freezing method and increase intelligent control level of brine pump of freezing station effectively,a energy-saved control system of freezing station based on fuzzy control was designed in the paper,working principle of hardware and software design of A/D sampling and processing module,fuzzy control module,D/A frequency output module,communication module of remote monitoring and control of the system were expounded,and the flow chart was given.The system adopts advanced embedded system to construct hardware control system,and uses fuzzy control algorithm to realize frequency converter control for rotate rate of motor which can meet demand of variable load flux,so as to achieve the high efficient energy-saved destination.

Abstract:
The paper introduced data production process of mining and metallurgical equipment in details,put forward a methodology of data quality engineering of fault diagnosis of complex mining and metallurgical equipment which can ensure veracity of fault diagnosis by improving data quality,namely the measure can reduce data variation through optimal design of anti-interference of data collection system(outline), and recognise data variation source and decrease and prevent from variation in use and maintenance(inline),in order to collect high-quality data of equipment state under bad mining and metallurgical environment and insure data reliability of fault diagnosis of equipment.Verification of practical example showed that the method can provide solution of data quality assuring,and can decrease false alarm or fail report.

Abstract:
A simulation model of wireless networked control system was established on the basis of TrueTime and Matlab/Simulink,and some simulation experiments were performed based on the system model and control strategies.A Fuzzy-PD controller was designed,and a method of parameter optimization off-line was proposed by using ITAE as an important reference index.The control performance was improved by adjusting the converted parameter of the Fuzzy-PD controller based on different network bandwidth occupied rates.The advantage of the Fuzzy-PD control algorithm was validated as compared with PD and Fuzzy control algorithm by the simulation results.

Abstract:
It is very important for mine power supply system to know the level of power harmonic in AC side of mine DC hoisting system.In this paper,firstly,modelling of DC hoisting system was built and simulated under Matlab/Simulation in order to know the influence of load change in the DC side on harmonics in AC side theoretically.Secondly,the harmonics of a practical mine DC hoisting system was measured and analyzed.The measurement result showed that the harmonic current of the eleventh exceeds allowed value but harmonice voltage does not exceeds the allowed value when large bell run in full load.Finally,the factors of AC power side harmonics and suitable measurement were given.
Novel Modulation Strategy of Direct Power Control of PWM Rectifier Based on Virtual Flux

Abstract:
The paper analyzed working principle and characteristics of virtual flux direct power control for PWM rectifier.It put forward a novel modulation strategy of direct power control of PWM rectifier based on virtual flux in order to resolve the problem of unsteady of system adjustment caused by structure deficiecy of traditional switching table,which through restructure switching table to improve adjustment ability and characteristics of input and output of rectifier.The simulation result showed that the novel strategy can weaken the phenomenon that reactive current is out of control near the voltage vector,control active power and reactive power effectively and ensure rectifier operates under unit power factor.

Abstract:
In operation process,key of stable operation of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is wether it is out-of-step.Through analysis of characteristics of power angle of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor,the paper put forward a prevented control strategy of out-of-step of motor combining changing voltage with changing ratio of voltage and frequency,which uses double-mode fuzzy controller to achieve prevented control of out-of-step of motor.The simulation result showed that the strategy has simple arithmetic,good quality control,and so on,which can avoid out-of-step operation of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor effectively,and has higher application value.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a space vector modulation strategy based on three-terminal output topo-(logy) of three-phase to two-phase matrix converter which uses indirect transform technology and the matrix converter is considered as a combination of a virtual rectifier and a virtual inverter.It analyzed link of (virtual) inverter emphatically,gave detailed modulation algorithm,and got calculation formula of duty ration of the matrix converter by integrating links of virtual rectifier and virtual inverting.The experiment result based on dSPACE platform showed that the matrix converter with the modulation strategy can get symmetric two-phase sine output(current) whose angles’ shift is 90° and sine input current with unity power factor,which proves correctness and effectiveness of the modulation strategy.

An intelligent methane concentration detector based on SPCE061A and non-heating semiconductor gas sensor was designed.The working principle,hardware configuration and software design of the detector were introduced detailedly.The detector has two output modes of LCD display and voice broadcast which is visual and practical.And the detector overcomes shortcomings of non-linearization of gas sensor output and sensitivity falling with time and power voltage in traditional detectors through amending sensitivity by software,and it insures correctness of detection.
