Networking of Monitoring and Control System for Safety Production of Coal Mine

Abstract:
The paper analyzed exsisting situation of safety production of township coal mine in China: its coal production is 37.8% of the total,while the number of death accidents and persons is 73.5% and(74.1%) separately,and the death rate per million tons is seven times of the one of national key coal mine.The causes leading to frequent accidents of township coal mine includes laggard equipments,imperfect mine system,scarcity of professional technical personnel,lag of safe education and training,non-implementation of safety responsibility,slack field management and imperfect troubleshooting,and laggard equipments and low degree of mechanization,automation and informationization are main causes.Networking of monitoring and control system for safety production of coal mine is an important measure to enhance supervision for safety production of coal mine.The paper put forward networking methods of monitoring and control system for safety production of coal mine: central station or host computer should transfer related monitoring and control information to monitoring and control center in time,central station or host computer and monitoring and control center should have Ethernet interfaces according with IEEE802.3 protocol and so on.
A Scheme of Adaptive Protection System for High-voltage Power Grid of Coal Mine Underground Based on Independent Substatio

Abstract:
To solve the problem of frequent over-grade trip of fast short-circuit protection in high voltage power supply system of coal mine underground,a scheme of adaptive protection system based on independent substation was proposed.By means of real-time monitoring and analysis on voltage and current of each transmission line,the setting value and characteristic of relay protection are automatically adjusted to enhance sensitivity and reliability of overcurrent protection device.By mean of independent substation,longitudinal selectivity of fast short-circuit protection is implemented.The scheme provides technical support to eliminate the potential safety hazard of over-grade trip caused by short-circuit fault that exists in mine high-voltage power grid for a long time.

Abstract:
Based on the analysis of application limitation while using mainstream wireless location technology in coal mine,a precision location method for underground personnel tracking based on SDS-TW-TOA ranging and least-square method was proposed.The method’s robustness against measurement error caused by wireless location equipment’s crystal offset was proved.The feasibility and effectiveness of the method were verified by analyzing and comparing the experimental data.

Abstract:
The particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is a powerful global optimization method based on swarm intelligence,but it cannot optimize automatic blending coal system with multi-target.Based on considering three targets that actual coal ash achieves object coal ash,time of coal blending is minimal,and energy is minimal and economic benefit is maximal,a model of automatic blending coal system with multi-target with condition restriction was constructed.It used weighting method to translate multi-target problem of automatic blending coal system into single target one,used PSO algorithm to optimize the system,so as to get the best solution set.The simulation result showed that the method that applying PSO algorithm to optimize automatic blending coal system with multi-target is simple and feasible,which has good effect.However,it is difficult to select fitness function and weighting parameters to the method.

Abstract:
The transfer function is an important parameter of twisted pairs loop.The paper set two kinds of ADSL test loops with mine-used twisted pairs and studied their transfer functions using transmission line theory.The result showed that the transfer function is influenced by frequency,twisted pair diameter and loop distance.The transfer function of the mixed loop relates to distance of whole loop and subsection,and is independent on order of twisted pair types on subsection loops.
Research of Numerical Simulation of Process of Mine Gas Pre-draining by Pinnate Boring

Abstract:
Reasonable gas drainage is an important method to solve gas disaster.On the basis of analyzing mechanism of gas drainage process of coal seam,mathematical models of the process of gas pre-draining by pinnate boring were set up and the models were drawn by numerical discretization.Meanwhile,the nonlinear equations were changed into linear equations by use of Newton-Raphson numeric algorithm.The process of mine gas pre-draining by pinnate boring was simulated with VB6.0 codes.By validation of practical data of mine gas drainage,the numerical simulation result reflected real gas drainage situation basically,which will lay a foundation for a further research on parameters optimization of mine gas drainage.

Abstract:
The airflow domination relations between air ducts of ventilation network have significance in reasonable analysis of ventilation network.For a complex ventilation network system,sometimes it is difficult to obtain airflow domination relations between arbitrary two air ducts from ventilation network diagram directly,so the paper put forward conceptions of influence zone and dependent zone of arbitrary air duct of ventilation network,and pointed out that the conceptions can be used to analyze the airflow domination relations between arbitrary air ducts.It introduced a partition method of dependent zone and influence zone of each air duct in ventilation network and calculating algorithm of faith degree and dependence degree between arbitrary air ducts and used C# language to programme.Finally,a case was used to verify the validity of the algorithm discussed in the paper.

Abstract:
Mechanical position sensors of speed regulation system of traditional switched reluctance motor(SRM) have brought many restrictions to the system,such as increasing complexity of structure,raising cost and decreasing reliability.A novel sensorless control scheme combined with voltage pulses method and improved simplified stator flux linkage method was proposed,which uses the voltage pulses method at standstill and near-zero speed as well as the stator flux linkage method at medium and high speed. The experimental result of 12/8 SRM based on TMS320F2812 DSP verified the validity and feasibility of the scheme,which makes SRM have small torque ripple,large output torque and good dynamic performance.The scheme is suitable for industrial field in full range of speed.

Abstract:
The image is often significantly degraded by fog and mist and its value is greatly reduced.According to color constancy of Retinex theory,the fog degradation can be eliminated by extracting illumination component.Shortages of fog images proccessed by MSR algorithm were pointed out and an improved algorithm combining the resulting image by MSR algorithm with the original image,which uses logarithm component and color information of the original image to keep global contrast and recover colors of flat areas.A method to enhance details of fog images further was proposed: Firstly,the resulting image is obtained by recombination of the output of MSR with the original image with enhanced edges.Secondly,color components of the resulting image are respectively clipped,then all pixels are scaled up to the dynamic range of display device.The experiment result showed that the algorithm can effectively remove fog degradation from images.

Abstract:
During horizontal direction accelerated walking course of stack-crane,mast will be deflected in vertical direction,which leads to lower access precision especially to high stacks.Single mast stack-crane in lab centre of Xi’an University of Science and Technology was taken as an example.Via building mathematical model of the stack-crane’s mast,deflection of the mast tip was calculated and analyzed.Relation of mast-tip’s deflection and acceleration was simulated by Matlab software.The simulation result showed that the deflection of the mast tip has a parabola relation with the acceleration of horizontal walking approximately under ideal conditions,while bigger deformation would appear in some sections when there is random noise.

Abstract:
Direct deposing of waste in waste incinerators dose not only produce serious pollution to the environment,but also lead to a great consumption of useful material resource.To realize full combustion of the waste,it is needed to analyze the system characteristics of combustion procedure and simulate the given incinerator.The paper made some simplified suggestions for feeding components of incinerator by which the waste was thought as a combination of water,simplified dust and simplified combustion material.Then heat balance and mass balance were checked,and the dynamic relation between working furnace temperature,oxygen content,furnace negative-preswe,input flow of the waste,air flow of entrance funs and the velocity of dust output was analyzed.In this way,the system characteristics of the waste incinerator were analyzed.A real case of an environment protection cooperation was considered,and the result showed that the working temperature of the hearth through simplified calculation is the same as an actual one and the simplified suggestions can be used to direct the system design and optimal operation.

Abstract:
The paper analyzed advantages and disadvantages of line selection methods for small current grounding of coal mine high-voltage power grid that are relatively mature in both theoretical research and application.Based on accuracy of line selection,no malfunction,a wide range of adaptability to different fault types and adaptability to neutral isolated or petersen-coil grounding modes,it proposed a complementary comprehensive selection method which combined steady-state and transient-state selection methods,and gave the block diagram of principle of the method.

Taking a typical power supply system of deep well as an example,the paper introduced design of a calculation software for relay protection setting of coal mine power grid.The software takes each switch cabinet as setting part to do setting calculation and can realize setting calculation of each switch cabinet by modifying a few parameters,which is simple and practical.It adopts VB program language and SQL Server 2000 database as developing tools so that its development and maintenance are easy and it has strong management function.The software has good man-machine interface and functions of data input,query,modification and print output,which has easy operation and strong adjustability, and improves accuracy of setting values of relay protection of coal mine power grid and running management level of relay protection system.
