Abstract:
According to the characteristics of coal mine monitoring and control system, the paper(discussed) the function and method of sensors management from the view of information fusion,and on the basis,it gave the simulation analysis of model of sensors management of coal mine monitoring and control system with fuzzy Petri nets.The simulation result showed validity of the method.

Abstract:
Based on analysis of geospatial data characteristics and entity expression of coal mine,the paper proposed an integrated management model,which adopted E-R model,object oriented data model and object-relation data model respectively according to different data source,and gave data structure of the model.The research on the topic had some reference meaning to development of geographic(information) system of coal mine.

Abstract:
According to actual requirements of personnel position system of coal mine underground,the paper studied collision problem of multi-sensor nodes of asynchronous status of wireless sensor networks under low-power.It gave design and implementation of first listening later sending algorithm,time slice scheduling algorithm and consecutive misreading filter algorithm by single-chip microcomputer(programming.) The experiment result showed that the consecutive misreading filter algorithm was simple and(practical,) and could solve the collision problem efficiently under low-power.

Abstract:
The paper introduced development and features of wireless sensor networks.Based on(analysis) and comparison of several popular wireless sensor networks routing protocols,it proposed a(ZigBee) wireless sensor networks routing algorithm combining with characteristics of heading face of coal mine underground,which was fit for mesh topology.And the routing’s establishment,maintenance and(recovery) were described in details.The routing algorithms had some reference value to other systems with ZigBee mesh topology.

Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of temperature monitoring of contacts and bus in BGP9L-6G high-voltage switches for underground substation,the paper proposed a design scheme of active temperature monitoring system based on optical fiber sensing technology.The system used AVR single-chip micro-(computer) to (control) optic source to emit optical signal and the optical signal entered optical fiber tempe-(rature) sensor through input optical fiber.Bimetallic strip in the optical fiber temperature sensor changed(deformation) caused by environmental temperature effect to upper and lower displacement,and optical(intensity) coupled into output fiber would change.After photoelectric conversion,the optical signal(modulated) and the (non-modulated) one by optical fiber temperature sensor entered LOG114 to be (logarithmic) and differential(amplified,) then LOG114 exported their current ratio.After A/D conversion and data analysis to the(current)(ratio,) the temperature value was obtained.The experiment result on high-low temperature test cabinet showed the system had high detecting sensitivity.

Abstract:
The paper introduced hardware design,principle of phase sequence measurement and software realization of synchronous circuit of an intelligent soft starter taking INTEL 80C196MC as control chip.The circuit realized three-phase electric capturing at zero moment by capturing function of single-chip microcomputer,which could realize phase sequence measurement and provide a benchmark moment for wave form generator of 80C196MC programing PWM waves.The actual application showed the circuit ran well.

Design of 360° Angle Sensor Based on CORDIC Algorithm

Abstract:
One-dimensional Hall type angle sensor couldn’t measure angle from 0° to 360°,while(combined) angle measuring(technology) using four Hall devices and CORDIC algorithm could realize it.The paper described angle measuring principle and implementing algorithm of combined angle measuring(technology) using four Hall devices in details.And it introduced signed-magnitude notation,which used(amplitude) of sine and cosine to do arctangent CORDIC algorithm in 0°90° firstly,then realized angle mapping from 090° to 0360° according to different combination of positive or negative sign of sine and cosine(sign).Simulation on Modelsim platform verified accuracy and precision of the method,with error less than(0.01%.) Total error of actual measurement was no more than 0.05°.

Abstract:
Aiming at the problems that traditional PID temperature control system for calcing zone of(rotary) kiln had poor temperature stability and couldn’t adjust PID parameters on-line,the paper proposed a scheme of temperature controller for calcining zone of rotary kiln using fuzzy self-tuning PID parameters control mode.It introduced structure,design steps of the controller and system modeling of rotary kiln’s calcining process,and gave simulation of the fuzzy self-tuning PID temperature controller using Simulink fuzzy toolbox in Matlab.The simulation(result) showed that the control mode had no overshoot and short adjusting time and could realize on-line self-adjustment of parameters.The actual application also proved superiority of the control method.

The paper(analyzed) and compared technology characteristics of mainstream wireless(communication) systems of coal mine,discussed development direction of wireless communication system of coal mine.It pointed out that constructing wireless communication system of coal mine should accord to actual condition of coal mine and combine with performance parameters of each wireless communication technology to select proper wireless communication system and make combining and designing optimally.

Abstract:
The paper introduced a new type of intelligent low-voltage feed switches used in distribution system of coal mine underground and expounded design of hardware and software.The feed switch took PLC as core and set up overload protection,short-circuit protection,leakage protection,over-voltage and low-voltage protection.Meanwhile,it had functions of man-machine conversation and communication.The field test showed that the feed switch had high precision and could improve the security and reliability of power supply system of coal mine greatly.

Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that traditional gas pressure monitor couldn’t record gas pressure(exactly) and real-timely,the paper designed a coal-seam gas pressure monitor based on ATmega64L with high performance and low-power.It gave software and hardware structure of the gas pressure monitor,and (introduced) circuit design of power supply,gas pressure measuring and data storage,design of power saving and implementation of pressure measuring module.The monitor had small size,light weight and simple operation and could realize gas pressure monitoring on line.Meanwhile,circuit of the monitor was low-power and intrinsic safety so that it could work reliably for long time without replacing battery.

The paper introduced working principle,design of hardware and software and method of(installation) and use of a compartment location monitoring device in automatic loading process.The(compartment) location monitoring device took S7-300 PLC as main controller and took opposite-type(photoelectric) sensor to detect traveling position of compartment,which realized functions of real-time(location) and control of compartment position in loading coal process.The running result showed the device had good effect.

Aiming at two problems of measuring low coal level and(preventing) blockage of a temporary coal bunker of coal mine,the paper introduced a design of equipment of measuring low coal level and(preventing) blockage,which used hydraulic way to measure and control,and introduced installation,(structure) and working principle of the equipment in details.The actual application showed that the device had simple operation,stable running and reliable performance,and could resolve the problems of low coal level and blockage in a temporary coal bunker effectively with high application value.
