Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of little ability of current carrying,simple protection, high fault rate of flameproof switch for underground 6 kV power grid,the paper proposed a design scheme of integrated protection system of high-voltage flameproof switch based on multi-CPU control,analyzed working(principle) of fault protection of 6 kV high-voltage power grid of coal mine underground,and introduced(design) of hardware and software of the system in details.The integrated protection system of high-voltage flameproof switch based on multi-CPU control used(single-chip) microcomputer MSP430F149 and DSP TMS320VC5402 as main controllers,and the main(controllers) synthetically analyzed all kinds of signals of power grid in order to realize function of general monitoring for high-voltage power grid.The experiment(result) showed that the system is stable in running,reliable in action and accurate in display.

Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that traditional positioning algorithm is difficult to be used in coal mine underground,the paper proposed a POCS distance measuring and positioning algorithm based on UWB technology,built model of the algorithm,and introduced principle of the algorithm and its(implementation) in details.The simulation result proved the feasibility of the algorithm used in coal mine underground.

Abstract:
Aiming at over-voltage phenomena of 10 kV power supply system of mine because of single-phase to ground fault,the paper took Matlab simulation platform as base,emphatically analyzed perfor-(mances) of metal grounding fault and arc grounding fault.It built simulation model and carried out digital simulation,and gave fault waveforms and numerical results.

Abstract:
According to demands of gas monitoring and control system of coal mine underground on the side of real-time and reliability,the paper proposed a design scheme of underground gas monitoring and control system with CAN bus based on ARM,introduced design of hardware and software of the system and design of CAN bus interface in details.It also gave program flow of gas data collection and CAN bus communication.The experiment indicated that the system has simple structure and higher real-time and reliability.

Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of the more dust in working process and the operator can’t see clearly the(cutting) header’s physical location to cause less dig and over dig,the paper designed a visuali-(zation) monitoring system of cutting process of boom miner based on C7-636,introduced system compo-(sition) and implementation of visualization monitoring interface of cutting process in details,and gave(design) of system software.Displayed curve and data of the system could provide real-time information for operator,which could reduce the phenomenon of less dig and over dig in the process of digging tunnel and improve construction quality of the tunnel.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a scheme of chopping cascade speed-regulation of wound rotor asynchronous motor of mine hoist,which replacing by rotor series resistance speed-regulation.It introduced structure,principle and selection of parameters of chopping cascade speed-regulation system in details,and gave simulation result at last.The scheme could improve speed-regulation performance of mine hoist and save 25 percents of electrical energy.

Abstract:
Aiming at the disadvantages of big volume,bulkiness,high cost of traditional mine charger of battery locomotive with phase control,the paper proposed a design scheme of mine charger of battery locomotive based on three-level DC-DC converter.It introduced working principle and implementation mode of main circuit and control circuit of the charger in details.The experiment result showed that the charger has advantages of small volume,light weight and low cost comparing with charger with phase control.

Abstract:
In order to improve input and output performance of matrix converter when voltage is not balanced, the paper proposed an improved strategy of double-voltage composition,introduced a new formula that used to calculate command current,namely through 3-phase input voltage directly calculated positive and negative voltage to get command current.The simulation experiment proved the validity of improved strategy of double-voltage composition under unbalanced input.

Through analyzing waveform of rock acoustic emission signal collected in acoustic emission laboratory and on site,the paper found waveform changing rule of rock from stability to fracture under effects of environmental factors,which could judge danger of rock.The rule provided reliable (forecasting) information for safe construction of stope and tunnel and has certain practical significance.

Based on the study of traditional wireless motor-ID coding sensor,the paper discussed design of software and hardware of a new type of wireless motor-ID coding sensor based on WinCE embedded system in details.Transmitter of the wireless motor-ID coding sensor took embedded system as control core,and could realize information exchange between man and machine and information display by use of touch-LCD and optimize access mechanism of wireless channel with CSMA-CA algorithm by detecting channel energy threshold.Receiving substation of the wireless motor-ID coding sensor also took embedded system as control core,and could realize decoding of motor-ID,meanwhile response commands of the upper monitoring substation to collect motor-ID.

Abstract:
The paper gave a mathematical model of salient pole synchronous motor supplied power by three-lever inverter,introduced principle of three-level direct torque control of salient pole synchronous motor,described synthesis principle of synthesis virtual phase,and gave some simulation waveforms of three-level direct torque control of the salient pole synchronous motor based on synthesis virtual phase method.The simulation result showed that the method has some advantages such as low torque ripple and fast response,and so it has certain practical application value.

Abstract:
Recently,with the changes of structure of power grid,the method of injection signal has been used widely in the measurement of capacitance current.There are two bottleneck problems were not resolved in process of practical application of the method,namely the problems of signal source and 50 Hz trapped wave.Aiming at the two problems,the paper proposed a new method of using digital signal processor TMS320F2812 and DDS technology to realize measurement of capacitance current.It introduced design of hardware and software of signal source and design of 50 Hz wavetrap in details,and gave whole implementation of the method.The experiment proved that the method has characteristics of accuracy, conveniency and safety in measurement of capacitance current.

Abstract:
In automatic reading system of index-instrument,image of dial plate needed be read must match template in order to decide type and range of instrument needed be read.However,traditional template matching algorithm has bad antiinterference ability for geometric distortion dilation,rotation of image. Circle partitioning matching method has certain anti-interference ability,but low matching accuracy.The paper proposed loop matching method on the basis of circle partitioning matching method,which used picture element of loop to calculate sum and calculate characteristic value to realize matching.The experiment result showed that the loop matching method has good anti-interference ability,better matching accuracy and good practical application value.

Abstract:
In laser measurement system for coal stockpile,measurement of flight time is a key factor influencing on precision of the system.The paper designed a laser flight time interval measurement system used in laser measurement system for coal stockpile based on high precision measurement chip TDC-GP2 for time interal,introduced principle of laser ranging of TDC-GP2,and gave design of hardware and software of the system.Experimental result showed that the system has simple construction,high precision,and higher feasibility.

Abstract:
After applying embedded system based on ARM7 into mine-used flameproof feeding switch,real-time data collection and rapid connecting with industrial Ethernet of underground mine-used flameproof feeding switches were realized. Communication between ground monitoring station and underground monitoring system of feeding switches based on embedded system was realized by use of technology of the socket programming.Information inquiring and remote intelligent monitoring of feeding switches were realized with Web service platform based on B/S framework established by ASP.NET.Monitoring system for mine-used flameproof feeding switches based on embedded system improved level of operation and control of underground feeding switches,and also could be used for reference of design of intelligent remote monitoring system of other electric equipments of coal mine underground.

Abstract:
Aiming at the problems that alarming signal of gas alarming head lamp at present can′t be obtained by monitoring center and fixed gas detector has small monitoring areas and is difficult to move,the paper proposed a design scheme of multi-function gas alarming head lamp with the function of wireless transmission of gas overrun signal. It introduced design of hardware and software of the head lamp in details, as well as gave wireless communication scheme and several key technologies.The field experiment showed that wireless communication distance of the head lamp could reach 160 m in coal mine underground, which made up shortage of fixed point gas monitoring,and ensured safe production of coal mine.

Abstract:
Aiming at the disadvantages of small detection range of traditional level meter based on ray detector, the paper proposed a design scheme of level meter with wide range based on multi-counter, introduced detecting principle of the level meter and mathematic relation between ray counting and measured liquid level. It also gave design circuit of detector in the level meter,and calibration process of multicounter. The level meter was composed of many serial counters which made range effectively accepting ray of detector enlarge and detecting range could achieve 3 m.The level meter achieved range and measurement precision that other measurement modes were difficult to realize.

Abstract:
The paper introduced a method that using SIMOREG DC-MASTER 6RA70 rectifying device to realize 12-pulse serial rectification technology and then realize DC speed-regulation control of hoist. It described setting of driving parameters of 12-pulse serial rectification. The 12-pulse serial rectification technology has been used in DC speed-regulation control system of Nantun coal mine. The application result showed that the technology got over the abuses of increasing capability of 12impulse parallel driving in order to meet safety hoisting under fault state, and realized safe and reliable running of hoist under different states, the technology eliminated basically fifth and seventh harmonic generated by 6-pulse rectification, reduced interference for power grid and communication and control circuit,and decreased false action and damage for PLG exact electron device.
