Application Research of the High Density Resistivity Method for Detection of Karst of Coal Mine

Abstract:
The paper introduced working principle of the high density resistivity method and the theory of 3D finite-difference forward modeling of resistivity in details. In view of characteristics of karst in coal mine underground, it established a specific karst model,and synthesized reverberation profiles by forward modeling. The results of calculation showed that using 3D finite-difference of high density resistivity method to forward model of karst of coal mine could observe features of the karst and this can provide theoretical basis for treamenting hidden karst of coal mine.
Development of Forecasting System of Deformation of the Earth’s Surface in Three-underground Mining and Its Applicatio

Abstract:
The paper introduced a forecasting system of deformation of the earth’s surface in three-underground mining for forecasting subsidence and deformation of the earth’s surface caused by mining of arbitrary shape working face, which integrated visualization data input, data management, data processing and visualization output together. It briefly introduced composition and functions of the system, and described calculation model, arithmetic realization, methods of input and output of data of the system. At last,it gave an application example of the system. The example showed that the calculation and forecasting of the system was accurate and reliable, the functions of the system achieved the design requirement.

Abstract:
The paper introduced a test method of thermal diffusivity of loose coal based on unsteady-state heat conduction multiplication-method, designed a measurement system for thermal diffusivity of loose coal,expounded working principle,composing structure and design of treatment software of the(system. Finally, it analyzed error of the system. The system realized automatic data collection and processing, and solved the problem that measurement is excessive caused by experimental device heat loss. It satisfied for test requirements.
Implementation of Improved Dijkstra Algorithm for Choosing the Best Escape Route in Mine’s Emergency Rescue

Abstract:
The paper introduced the status of mine’s emergency rescue and determination method of the best escape route. Based on the analysis of Dijkstra’s algorithm and according to features of mine tunnel laneway planar network,it searched the shortest path within a sector region to complete the optimization of the Dijkstra algorithm for escape route in mine’s emergency rescue from restricting search scope and direction. The optimization algorithm can find a shortest path according to start node,goal node and angle of searching sector given by user, and the number of processed nodes account for 2a /360 of classical algorithm, so speed and efficiency of the optimization algorithm are improved.

Abstract:
The paper introduced technical process and characteristics of coal-pulverizing system of ball mill, established a mathematics model of coal-pulverizing system, desinged model-free self-adaptive prediction controller. The simulation result showed that the controller has characteristics such as small overshoot and good dynamic performance.

On the basis of establishment of typical fault model,the paper built up a simulation system for mine safety production by computer virtual technology, simulation technology for mine production and security simulation technology for preventing disaster, introduced function structure and key technology of the system. The system could simulate actual process of mine production, which could be used for education and training for mine safety production, and offered important ensuring means for mine safety production.

Abstract:
Aiming at the communication requirements of modern mine area, the paper put forward a conception of mine next generation network MNGN, introduced global topology of multi-ring interlinkage MNGN, the topology model with multi-ring,designed general frame format of the ring label routing, gave the MNGN inter-ring automatic topology discovery algorithm for both inner-ring and inter-ring transmission in MNGN. It also point out the focus of future research is how to ensure the transmission performance of MNGN, especially in transmission performance of interring.
PSCAD Simulation Research of Fault of Voltage Transformer of Coal Mine Power Network

Abstract:
The burning out of voltage transformer happens occasionally in coal mine power network because of single-phase grounded fault. According to equivalent model of single-phase grounded fault of power network, simulation analysis was presented on the transient characteristics of the primary side current of PT in the paper. It was considered that the causation of fault of PT is large single phase-toground capacitive current in coal mine power network. And a group of voltage transformer in 6 kV distribution system was simulated based on PSCAD/EMTDC. Three kinds of eliminating resonance method in different condition were compared including connecting a nonlinear resistance to neutral point of high voltage side of three-phase PT, connecting a damping resistance to the secondary assistant windings of three-phase PT, grouding neutral point through arc suppression coil. At last the paper indicated that neutral grounded by arc extinction coil is the best solution of single-phase grounding fault in coal mine(power network.
Research of Fault Location of Distribution Network Based on Double-end Impedance Method

Abstract:
Fault location of distribution network is one of the key technologies for power system. Aiming at the problem of fault location precision of distribution network effected by line parameters, the paper put forward a malfunction zone location means of distribution network of single power based on double-end impedance method on the basis of analyzing knowledge foundation for fault location. It also deduced the range measurement equation of single-phase grounded fault without branch in line of distribution network, supplying knowledge foundation for distribution network with multibranch. MATLAB simulation results showed that the method is effective.

Abstract:
Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional manual automatic quasi-synchronization system such as switching time is difficult to control and automaticly regulate,the paper put forward an intelligent quasi-synchronization system controlled by double microcomputer, introduced implementation method, software design and characteristics of the synchronization system. The synchronization system adopted control method with PID and double microcomputer technology, and realized function of tracking voltage and frequency rapidly, automatic regulating generators, which could ensure to switch on the breaker correctly when the system is synchronous. The practice result proved this kind of synchronization system has good performance.
Analysis of Frequency of Injected Signal of Selecting Fault Line in Small-current Grounded Power System

Abstract:
The signal injection method is widely used for selecting fault line in small-current grounded power system. Because of large fault earth resistance,some mistakes of selecting fault line would occur easily in practice. Based on the analysis of the basic principle and the circulating circuit of the injected signal method, simulation by Matlab, the paper studied the effect of frequency of injected signal on the result of selecting fault line. Then it concluded that decreasing the frequency of injected signal can reduce shunts of non-fault lines, improve application area and accurate rate of the method.
Design of Remote Virtual Vibration Measurement System Based on Data Socket Technology

Abstract:
In view of shortcoming of traditional vibration measurement instrument of machine,the paper designed a system of remote vibration parameters measurement and dynamic characteristics analysis based on graphical programming language LabVIEW, and detailedly introduced basic structure and software(design) of the system. The system collected vibration signal at the Server and used Data Socket technology to transmit data And at the Client, programs could process and display signal in real time and analyze its spectrum, estimate parameters such as inherent frequency, damping ratio etc. The experimental result showed that the system has well human-computer interface and the calculation result is correct, so it can satisfy demands of industrial measurement

Abstract:
Aiming at requirements of integration transmission of digital signal of industrial TV, monitoring and control information, voice information, a new integrated monitoring and control backbone network system - mine-used GEPON system was developed combining with development achievement of international telecommunication network technology. The paper expounded basic requirement of mine-used GEPON, analyzed structure characteristics of backup GEPON system, and put forward a heat backup self-cure ring for mine-used GEPON which considering cost, performance and construction. The system has characteristics such as low cost, wide band, reliable, stable and easy installment and maintainance.

Abstract:
For functions of communication subsystem of monitoring system of gas in mine of a mining group,the paper put forward an implementation scheme. It described composition structure and implementation flow of function of the communication subsystem, analyzed and established communication protocol. The communication subsystem was designed by VB,adopted duplex communication mode, data format of data frame, and timed detecting mode, which enhanced capability of whole communication system, provided a high- efficiency and credible communication platform for monitoring system of gas in mine.

Abstract:
In view of problems of incomplete kind and low reliability of protection of mine belt conveyor, the paper designed an integrated protection system of belt conveyor, analyzed common faults of belt conveyor, introduced hardware structure and software design of the system, identified measuring methods of belt faults of speed, temperature, fog and disalignment. The protection system used high speed counter of PLC to collect and process frequency parameter output by system’s sensor, which realized real-time speed detection and comprehensive judge of belt conveyor fault, reduced malfunction rate.

In summer,so-called "false liquid level" often occurred in tanks of containing volatility liquid and caused failure of monitoring system.So an intelligent liquid level monitoring system was designed in the paper. Firstly, multi-sensor information fusion and an easy diagnosis method were(employed to diagnose) failure of the system,and then liquid level information could been obtained by utilizing flux information fusion and neural network which replaced liquid level sensor in order to avoid the system failure resulted from "false liquid level". The intelligent liquid level monitoring system had advantages of simple arithmetic as well as no additional equipments and easy in realization of projects.
