Abstract:
The paper put forward a prediction method of mine gas emission quantity with grey neural network, introduced modeling process of gas prediction model of grey neural network in details. It also gave an example of application. Simulation result showed that the model has some advantages such as high precision of prediction, few samples required and simple calculation.
A New Type of Safety Monitoring System of Roof-bolt Roadway

Abstract:
In order to assure bolting to reach safe and reliable demands, the paper put forward a design scheme of a new type of safety monitoring system of roof-bolt roadway, and introduced hardware structure and software design of the system in details. The new type of safety monitoring system of roof-bolt roadway realized functions of monitoring for working state of bolt, enquiry for historical data,computer analysis for strained trend.The experiment proved maximum range of the system is 500 kN,measuring error <5%, and the system has strong anti-interference, convenient man-machine interface, good adaptation and self-protection ability.

Abstract:
Through analysis of characteristics of historical data of mine gas and using theory of statistical analysis, the paper presented a research method of time slotted data processing (TSDP) technology that suited in compression of historical data of mine gas. This technology could compress many historical data sectionally, which provided useful reference for other data processing and compression technology of real-time systems.

Abstract:
Mine gas monitoring system is a multi-sensor monitoring system, which measures circumstance from many azimuthes using sensors with different function, different precision and different position.But at present, there is no general and effective method to process multi-sensor data, as the result real-time and precision of mine gas monitoring system is hard to reach. So, the paper put forward a design scheme of gas monitoring system based on data fusion with BP neural network. The scheme used improved BP neural network algorithm to fuse multi-sensor data,and used two-stage fusing mode to process the data, which can gain environmental characteristics of coal mine underground. The simulation result showed that the gas monitoring system based on data fusion with BP neural network has higher measuring precision, and greatly improves reliability, integrality and efficiency of data collection.
A New Method of Rotation Speed Identification for Speed-sensorless Vector Control System

Abstract:
In AC speed-sensorless speed-regulation system,rotation speed of asynchronous motor can be identified by easily measured voltage and current of stator according to mathematical model of asynchronous motor. The paper analyzed several methods of rotation speed identification based on MRAS,and aiming at disadvantages of these methods such as their reference models included one integrating circuit and would be influenced by resistance change and moment inductance of stator,it put forward a new method of rotation speed identification. The reference model of this method avoids pure integral operation and doesn’t include resistance and moment inductance of stator, so the method has better robust in range of wide speed. Computer simulation result proved feasibility of the proposed method.
Frequency Domain AR Modeling of Multi-path Channel of Underground UHF Wideband Radio Propagatio

Abstract:
According to impulse response waveform of radio channel,the paper made modeling and simulation of frequency domain autoregressive(AR) for UHF wideband radio multi-path channel of coal mine underground, and proved feasibility of AR model applied in the multi-path channel of coal mine underground, which gave a new idea for computer simulation research on the channel model of wideband as well as ultra-wideband wireless communication of coal mine underground. Simulation result showed that the frequency domain AR model only requires a small quantity of parameters to gain a relative accurate channel description, which is an ideal choice for channel modeling.
Research of Hybrid Transmission Technology of Data and Voice on CAN Bus

Abstract:
On the basis of queuing theory,the paper built a mathematical model for CAN bus protocol, analyzed characteristics of hybrid transmission of data and voice in communication system with Matlab simulation platform and expounded relationship between system load and average transmission time delay of every frame. A hardware communication system with microprocessor PIC18F258, voice processing module AMBE-2000 and A/D-D/A chip PCM3500 was built and corresponding experiment test was made, which realized hybrid transmission of data and voice.

Aiming at a large quantity of data collection in ventilator monitoring and control system, the paper introduced an algorithm of real-time data collection and data compression for ventilator monitoring and control system. It described flow of data collection and principle of data compression and its flow in details. The experiment showed that the algorithm is stable and reliable, which could be used in ventilator monitoring and control system of coal mine.

The paper introduced fundamental principle of SVPWM,expounded design of structure of three-phase voltage type PWM rectifier system based on SVPWM control. It also gave design parameters of voltage-current double-loop control and implementation of SVPWM control algorithm. The simulation result showed that performance of the system is perfect.

The paper introduced fundamental principle of SVPWM technology,and gave a SVPWM control method of switching mode of switch determined by hardware based on TMS320F2407A DSP and its software design. Experimental result showed that switch mode determined by hardware could reduce work load of software of microprocessor in induction motor control system, reduce frequency of power switch, and cut down wastage of switch.

Abstract:
On the basis of analyzing limitation of traditional overload protection of inverse time lag of motor, the paper put forward a new algorithm of overload protection of motor used in converter according to first order equation of thermal model of motor. It introduced methods of parameters settling and amending in the algorithm in details and gave flow of the algorithm. The simulation result showed that the algorithm reflected physical process of heat generation and heat emission of motor in overload process of motor, and preferably solved the problems such as overload fluctuation and intermittent overload that was not solved by traditional algorithm.

Aiming at a kind of networked control system(NCS) which contains random time delay,the paper designed a controller based on time delay compensation and generalized predictive control(GPC) algorithm. The controller calculated time delay of sensor-to-controller by analyzing time stamp of data packet, then it obtained the current state and output by time delay compensation and used GPC algorithm to calculated control signal. Simulation result proved effectiveness of the controller.

Abstract:
Aiming at disadvantages of wavelet neural network such as long training time and easily gets into local minimum value, the paper put forward a method that wavelet neural network fused fuzzy algorithm, and built fuzzy wavelet neural network model and its training algorithm.It gave practical sample of the model in fault prediction of frequency-conversion speed-regulation system. The application result indicated that fuzzy wavelet neural network improves network training speed and achieves good effect of function approximation.

Based on 2 inter-timers of AT89S52 and multi-rudder time slicing control method,a movement controller was designed, which could drive 12 rudders to coordinately work.According to typical walking gaits of hexapod robot, it was realized that movement of the hexapod robot accords with the gait layout. Testing result verified reliability and correctness of the designed scheme.

The paper introduced a new type of online checking and signing method of sensor in safety monitoring and control system of coal mine. Before online checking and signing one sensor, personnel for checking sensor could make checking and signing setting by sensor, substation and main computer, and made the system automatically identify the sensor was in checking and signing state, namely measured value of the sensor later was checking and signing value, not actual value. After finishing checking and signing task, personnel for checking sensor could relieve checking and signing setting by sensor, substation and main computer at once to make the system renew normal working state as quickly as possible.
