Design of 3D Virtual Mine Based on 3D GIS Technology

Abstract:
It is necessary to construct simulation system for special subsystems of mining, tunneling, electromechanical equipment, transportation and ventilation of whole mine, 3D virtual mine, in order to realize whole mine’s integration of "monitoring,controlling and management". The paper put forward a design scheme of 3D virtual mine based on 3D GIS technology and full automation of coal mine. It briefly introduced the key technology of 3D GIS, and introduced the design of software structure, system’s function and database of the 3D virtual mine system in details. The system can reflect the status of environment, equipment and personal and has practical analysis function for the special subsystems, so it can make departments of production management and safety supervision know production status and accident cause of mine directly, rapidly and generally, and provide decision-making criterion of dispatch and command for personal of mine production management. The system is a basal information platform in coal mine, and it can provide data interface for higher management software and expert system of coal mine. The system will greatly enhance the safety level of coal mine and provide basal service for "digital mine".
Application of a Fuzzy Inference Algorithm in Fire Detection of Mine-used Belt Conveyor

Abstract:
Using a fuzzy inference algorithm,the paper put forward a method which took temperature and dense of carbon monoxide as two parameters to detect fire level of belt conveyor according to certain fuzzy rules table and inference rules and using barycenter method to fuzzify. The simulation result showed that when 0.5 is regard as alarm threshold, the system would alarm after belt conveyor fire took placed about 134 s.So it realized early forecast for belt conveyor fire.

Abstract:
The paper introduced the present status and existing problems of coal mine ventilation management, and described the function of ventilation management system of coal mine and realizing method of key technologies of the system. The system achieved auto-linking and bidirectional inquiring between the map and database, realized dynamic visual management of information of coal mine ventilation, which gave a new way to provide mine ventilation information management, inquire, analysis and decision to coal production management department.

Abstract:
According to the characteristics of inputs and outputs of slime water system and their dynamic relation each other, a method adopted fuzzy control technology was put forward and fuzzy control rules of multi-variable system were established. The implementing method of slime water treatment based on PLC was also provided.

Abstract:
Aiming at the existing defect of monitoring and control system of safety and production in mine enterprises, the paper put forward a whole design scheme of a new model monitoring and control system of safety and production, introduced the composing, charaterristics of the system, expounded the design and implementation of decision support system of mine safety based on Web Services. It pointed out the new solution scheme based on Web Services is development trend of decision support system of mine safety, which integrated data warehouse, on-line analysis and data excavation.

The CAN Bus is a serial communication system which supports distributed control and real time control. It is spread out in industry field because its 1 Mbps transmission speed and over 10 km distance. But in real system, it’s performance isn’t ideal. Aiming at this problem and combining an actual system, various factors affecting transmission capability were analyzed. The methods improved actual communication distance of CAN Bus was put forward.

In the background of coal mine, this paper analyzed, designed and implemented a kind of data extraction program triggered by data sources, with DTS tool and.NET remote architecture. A fuzzy control system of gas pumping-exhaust was designed and implemented. The hardware structure, control arithmetic and software flow of the system were described in details. PLC S7-200 was adpoted as main controller,fuzzy control was adopted as arithmetic, the control system realized automatic control of gas pumping-exhaust, improved efficiency and reduced danger.

Abstract:
The gas exhausting is an effective measure which must be taken when gas is over the limit set by regulation in high gassy mine.On the basis of analysis of defects of traditional exhausting methods, a closed-loop system for gas exhausting with frequency-conversion speed-adjustment technology was developed in this paper. In addition, the composition and working principle of the gas exhausting system were introduced. The system took the gas density as parameter and regulated rotational speed of local fan by PID algorithm, so as to exhaust the gas safely in working face, and ensured safe production in coal mine underground.

Abstract:
The configuration, function, working principle and design method of a wireless remote measurement system of drill hydrology based on GPRS were introduced in this paper. The system can measure water level,water temperature and turbidity of drillhole by intelligent sensors, then use GPRS module to transmit the measured data to monitoring computer by wireless mode, so as to realize processing of the data and forecasting and predicting of water disaster. The system has many advantages such as low cost, flexible configuration, reliable transmission and real-time on-line.

According to the characteristics of production process of coal preparation plant,the application of Siemens PLC in DCS system in coal preparation plant was introduced in the paper, the control strategy of master station and slave station was emphatically analyzed. The software flow, programming method of HMI and undisturbed switching system were discussed. The practical application showed that this system can reduce failure rate effectivelly and improve economic benefit prominently.

On the basis of analysis of principle of power factor of synchronous motor, a scheme of improving power factor of power network was put forward which took aim at control of constant power factor. An excitation device of synchronous motor for regulating excitation current was designed. The software and hardware design of excitation control system based on W77E85 single-chip microcomputer was discussed in details. The experiment showed that the system is feasible and effective.
