Abstract:
Aiming at the existing method of fault diagnosis and its limitations,a model of expert(system) of fault diagnosis based on rough set and neural network was put forward in the paper,which was used to diagnose fault of double local-fans system in high-gas mine.The structure and the design of each functional model of the expert system of fault diagnosis of double local-fans in high-gas mine based on rough set and neural network were introduced stressly.The key technologies of the model of knowledge acquirement and repository of neural network were discussed,and the simulation result of the system was given in detail.

Abstract:
Because the construction and operation principle of the switched reluctance(SR) motor is very special,analysis and design of its control system are more difficult than the other motors.In this(paper),a nonlinear simulation model of speed regulating system of a four-phase(8/6) SR motor was established based on Matlab 7.0/Simulink.The result of simulation showed the real performances of the SR(motor) and proved the model is effective and feasible.

Abstract:
A new intelligent controller for low-voltage breaker based on TMS320LF2407A DSP was(introduced) in the paper,and the design and development of monitoring and control system for the upper computer based on intelligent CAN interface card were presented.The design of hardware and software of the monitoring and control system were expounded.The design of hardware and software of CAN communication model of the intelligent controller,the monitorinig software of the upper computer were also(introduced.) The results of industrial tests showed that the controller has high reliability.It can be widely applied.

Abstract:
NCS is network-based distributed control system.Combined with network scheduling and system control,a optimized performance model of NCS under the condition of network schedulability and(system) stability was proposed in this paper.Simuliation was made with real-time simulation software(packet) TrueTime based on Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results showed that the method not only(enhanced) the(performance) of the control system,but also optimized the network scheduling and improved the network efficiency.

Abstract:
The paper discussed a half-bridge converter of single-stage PFC with ZVZCS.By the application of suitable selection of the circuit parameters,this converter could work as the operation mode of soft switch in a very high efficiency,and keep the simple topology as well.The working principle was(explained) and analyzed in detail,and the correlative design parameters were provided too.The simulation experiment by Matlab showed that the working principle of the converter is feasible.

Abstract:
A design method of real-time monitoring system for mine safety based on Web was introduced in the paper.The method applied TCP/IP protocol of W3100A chip to construct embedded intelligent Web sensor,used sensor to collect local environment parameters and transmitted the parameters to moni-(toring) Browser by local Ethernet interface,so as to realize real-time monitoring for environment parameters of mine and link the system into Internet,the remote accessing for environment parameter of mine was realized.

Abstract:
For coal mine safety in production and information management,it is necessary to issue the information of coal mine integrated monitoring system on Intranet in real-time.According to the charac-(teristics) of coal mine information,an issuing method of real-time information of coal mine integrated monitoring system was put forward in the paper.The OPC information collection,memory real-time database,XML and FLASH techniques were used in the issuing method.The experiment showed that the dynamic characteristic of issuing information on Intranet was synchronized with the information of actual monitoring system.

The signal transmission technology of multi-channel sensor and its implementation method which has characteristics such as good compatibility,wide universality and low cost were studied in the(paper.)
