The Nonlinear Correction of Methane Sensor Based on Neural Network

Abstract:
The nonlinear correction method of methane sensor based on improved BP neural network was introduced,which approached inverse nonlinear function to finish the nonlinear correction by use of nonlinear mapping ability of neural network.The experimental results showed that the improved neural network has quick convergence rate and high approaching precision, the accuracy of the sensor could be greatly increased from(±5.02%) to(±0.130%) compared with traditional method of piecewise linear and BP algorithm.
The Application of PC104 Embedded System in the Measuring System of Initial Desorption Gas

Abstract:
The PC104 embedded measuring system was designed in order to measure initial desorption gas. The software and hardware of the measuring system of initial desorption gas were briefly introduced, and the experiment proved that the system has strong stability, high reliability and convenient maintenance, and can be used to explore the rules, methods and technologies of initial desorption gas which is put forward from coal sample.
A New Method for Automatically Diagnosing Broken-bar Fault of Rotor of Asynchronous Motor Based on BP Network

Abstract:
A new method for automatically diagnosing broken-bar fault of rotor of asynchronous motor was proposed in the paper,which taking extended Park’s vector approach to pick up the fault(characte)-(ristics) and using BP network to recognize the mode of fault.When the method was applied, hiding effect of foundational frequency in fault characteristic was removed,and artificial interference was avoided.The(results) of practical example indicated that the method has good effectiveness and accuracy.

Abstract:
A Y-△ voltage-reduced start circuit with two contactors for three-phase asynchronous(motor) was put forward and tested.One contactor is saved in this new circuit compared with general(circuit).The test showed that the voltage-reduced circuit could be used in reforming of old equipment and(designing) of new equipment.

Abstract:
The activation of catalyst combustion methane sensor is the key problem in the sensor’s usage.This paper validated the principle of catalyst combustion,analyzed the two-value problem of methane sensor.Aiming at the problems of activation and two-value,it designed a bridge circuit with constant temperature detection based on the impulse constant temperature power supply technology and close-loop feedback control system.It made good effect by experiment.

Abstract:
Using controlled reactor of transformer type with high leakage reactance as new automatic tracking compensation device of distribution system was studied in the paper,which could automatically adjust arc suppression coil.The device’s control adopted the scheme of dynamic compensation,which could monitor the capacitive current of power net in real time.In normal working,the device was far from the resonance point.When the fault of instantaneous single-phase grounding happened,the device could compensate(quickly.) The result of simulation showed that the automatic tracking compensation device hadsome advantages such as good linearity of voltage-current characteristic,quick response speed,good compensation effect,strong adaptability,good performance index,etc.

Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that excess temperature of windings affects insulating property in running of motor,the paper designed a new thermal protector with single-chip microcomputer based on fuzzy control.Through analyzing and discussing different standards and models of thermal over-loading,the paper put forward an optimal model of thermal characteristic for thermal protector with single-chip(microcomputer),namely exponential model of heating and cooling and its modeling mechanism.For the(inaccurate) problem of the selected delay time of the thermal protector,the paper also designed a set of(software) of the thermal protector with the theory of fuzzy control,which improved the action precision and(reliability) of the thermal protector.
