A Two-way Remote Control Alarming System with the Functions of Self-check and Inquiry

Abstract:
For the disabled problem of alarm function of remote alarming system caused by failure or being broken of the system, a new remote alarming system was designed which can feedback information in two-way. The system is consisted of main receiver and monitoring extension, and the extension can send (alarm) signal to the receiver, the receiver also can inquiry the operation status of the extension. The system has functions of self-check and inquiry and so solves the difficult problem that the self-failure cannot be found easily.

Aimed at the disadvantages of low precision, serious zero-drift and short adjustment cycle of methane sensor used in mine, we adopted the DSP microprocessor to update the sensor based on 8 bits MCU and the problem was solved commendably.

Abstract:
On the basis of analysis of the characteristics of historical data and monitoring parameters in mine safety and monitoring and control system, a new data storage model based on database technology and a new algorithm of data compression based on error were put forward. The performance of the algorithm was analyzed in detail. Simulating by Matlab, the result is satisfied.

Automatic lifting of shearer drum is one of key techniques of coal face automation, and its core is identification technique of coal and rock interface. As the matter stands, the combined identification gives first place to the technique of memory program-control with intelligent, and coal-rock interface sensor is regarded as auxiliary. It is supplemental inferior stability and reliability and accuracy to single sensor identification, avoiding memory program-control too dependent human to set off hysteresis and random phenomenon of sampling. This method suits to powerful automatic shearer.

In this paper, the graphical programming language LABVIEW was introduced. The main functions and design ideas of the multi-function serial port debugging software based on LABVIEW were presented. Furthermore, module of data analysis of the serial port extended from the software was introduced.
