Abstract:
Guided by the thought of object-oriented, the traits of coal seam water infusion were analyzed. The system was designed in VC environment which was aided by the analysis on the system’s structure and function. The inner arithmetic of calculating module was mainly based on the respective requirement of the di-(fferent) infusion types. The application of coal seam water infusion designing system can instead of the man’s work in calculating the infusion parameters, so that alleviate the man’s work and easy in management of coal seam infusion.
Fault Diagnosis of Giant Asynchronous Motor Based on Neural Network Expert System

Abstract:
According to the complicated corresponding relationships between fault symptoms and fault reasons when giant asynchronous motor occurring fault, a new fault diagnosis method of motor using neural network expert system was presented. The expert system works as the shell of neural network, making full use of characteristics of expert system and neural network individual. The paper introduced the composition, function, algorithm and its realization of the system. The algorithm also emulated neural network toolbox with MATLAB. The results showed that the algorithm is feasible and the diagnosis accuracy is improved.
Application of Neural Network in Cement Raw Materials Blending System

Abstract:
The cement raw materials blending system is very complex for its multi-variable, long time delay and nonlinear characters. It is difficult to set up an exact mathematic model with conventional optimum methods. Artificial neural Networks are able to give new solutions to such problems due to their capacities of nonlinear mapping, character take-out and error tolerance. According to technical requirements of cement raw materials blending, this paper applied neural network model based on BP algorithm to pre-estimate the quality of cement, to realize the optimization of cement raw materials.

Aiming at the problem of expending image in monitoring and control system of safety and production in mine, the paper presented a general system structure of image compression using wavelet analysis, and compress and save image data collected. Using MATLAB language to program procedure in order to achieve (image) compression, including its methods and steps.

Abstract:
The technology of getting the bit alignment signal of phase-locked loop is a very important practical problem in communications system. This paper introduced a system to pick up the bit alignment signal of digital phase-locked loop which is programmed in AHDL language and its CPU is CPLD (Complicated Programmable Logic Device). Using this technology, the system will be more stable and credible in its configuration design and function realization.

Abstract:
On the basis of research of the motion estimation algorithms in H.264 standard, the software coder based on H.264 motion estimation was designed. The result of experiment showed that the software coder can markedly make compression ratio, signal noise ratio more effective while coding speed litter slowly. It has practical value in video monitoring system of mine.

Abstract:
This paper introduced a current-controlling pulse width-modulating switch power, which took BUCK transformation as the main circuit, and took UC1842 as the core. And analyzed its principle and carried on experiment, then used it in the field. The result of practice showed that this switch power has many advantages, such as fast frequency response, high adjusting rate of voltage and high adjusting rate of load, stable output of voltage and small ripple. It is a practical switch power with reliable performance.

In this paper, a kind of SCR saving energy device which adopts power-factor phase and stator cu-rrent as control variable and realized by 8098 single-chip microcomputer was instroduced. Abstract:
When improving the controller of automatic arc-suppressing device, the author redesigned data collection system based on AD1674 converter in order to remove defect that the old system cannot measure accurately and get steady output data and suppress interference very well. Improved data collection system can meet requirement of wide range input signal of automatic arc-suppressing device and its experimental operation and field showed that it has higher accuracy of measurement and better behavior than the old data collection system.
