Abstract:
Coal or rock dynamical disasters can be forecasted by monitoring technology for electromagnetic radiation (EMR) in the deformation and fracture process of coal or rock. In this paper, the EMR (continuous) monitoring software based on Windows was developed using (VC++) 6.0. The communication between processes and threads, and real-time collection, display and analysis of multi-signal were realized using DDE and multithread technology. An advanced technology for coal or rock dynamical disasters forecasting was afforded.

Abstract:
The working principle and determining method of action resistance value of leakage protection of 3.3 kV movable substation were introduced in this paper. The system’s hardware circuit of 3.3 kV leakage protection was given and the simulation test was carried out under artificial condition. The simulation test showed that the technical scheme is feasible, parameters are reasonable and the tripping is reliable and sensitive.

Abstract:
For three-level rectifier, this paper investigated the performance of the unit power factor rectifier controlled by nonlinear PID controller. Simulation results showed that the nonlinear PID controller has some advantages such as short adjustment time, small overshoot and can improve the performance of rectifier.
Detection Principle of the Fifth Harmonic and Its Application in Single-phase Grounding Protection System of High-voltage Power Networks of Mine

Abstract:
The installed selective grounding protection equipment for underground high-voltage networks could not work properly owing to the application of the arc-suppression coil, by which the grounding current is compensated. On the basis of analyzing the ground faults, this paper expounded the protection principle based on the fifth harmonic detection, which is suitable for all kinds of underground high-voltage distribution networks. As the application example, a kind of selective single-phase grounding protection system for underground high-voltage distribution networks was introduced, and the result of the experiment was shown.

This paper mainly discussed a way to build the performance model of ventilaor by combination of neutral network and soft-measurement technology. The training experiment of testing data showed that it is an effective way to analyse the performance of ventilator.
Ventilation Control in Mine Based on H_∞ Optimization Control

Abstract:
A scheme of ventilation control in mine based on H_∞ optimization control technique was (presented.) A dynamic model with main air flow as current state and ouput power of main fan as control input for the system was built. And in the model, the environment interference and the detection lagging for gas in practices were taken in account. For the model, an H_∞ control strategy with output feedback from gas observers and consideration of control cost were given. The simulation result showed that it is one of the best strategies in the same field under the requirement of the optimization in both technology and economy.

In recent years, stochastic Petri nets have been widely used in the evaluation of performance and reliability of technical systems, such as flexible manufacturing systems, computer and communication systems. In this paper, evaluation of performance and reliability was introduced at first. General stochastic Petri nets were reviewed, together with the state space explosion problem. Finally non-Markovian stochastic Petri nets were discussed.

By WEB issuing data on Internet, to provide new management means for coal enterprise administrator. Based on Frontpage 2000, use aidding ASP code to search Acess 2000 dataBase, COOKIES to send information of different pages, finishing ACP to locate control on system graphics simulated pages exactly. And method how to use Microsoft OWC control to draw vary curved lines was given.
