Abstract:
For servo-system of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM), the paper gave a new fuzzy controller with self-organizing and self-regulating factor. This controller can get fuzzy rules automatically with few expert experiments and improve its static and dynamic characteristics. Two-mode fuzzy controller without steady-state error were designed, which improved dynamic speed of response and static precision of servo-system. The experiment results showed that the servo-system has some advantages such as strong ability of self-organizing and self-study, quick tract, precise location and strong robustness.

Abstract:
When using encoder sensor in precise measurement, the shaking of rotation axis can cause change of output waveform of sensor and wrong count. The paper began with analysis of waveform, then put forward a method based on software, which solves the above-mentioned problems and simplifies the design of circuit.

Abstract:
The paper introduced a product that designed and implemented for the GEA-2000A remote measurement unit. It introduced the designing idea of RTU remote measurement unit based on dual-CPU, described aspects of hardware structure and software design by detailed data. It emphatically analyzed the problem of data matching of DRAM in data acquisition and processing system based on multi-CPU. It put forward a new matching method for dual-CPU in writing and reading DRAM. The experiment result demonstrated that using dual-CPU mode can improve processing speed and reduce time of data transmission.

Abstract:
An useful protection module of three-phase power was introduced in this paper. The module can detect each power faults such as phase lines opened, voltage of three-phase unbalanced, phase line reversed, etc. The module was completed fully by electronic components. And it’s working function was reliable and the price was lower. It can work as a protecting module of three-phase asynchronous motor or a control set of relay-contactors. So it has a high value in practice.

Abstract:
A new optical technology, PON (Passive Optical Network), was introduced in this paper, which is suitable for coal mine communication. The principle of PON and comparison of two kinds of technology, APON(ATM PON) and EPON (Ethernet PON), were analyzed. It is concluded that EPON will be used for coal mine monitoring and communication system. A design of PON model for mining use was completed and the PON technology may be spreaded out in coal mine.
