Abstract:
The existing defect of overload, open phase protection of minitype flameproof motor used in coal mine was analysed and its improved protection scheme was presented. The iterative algorithm which according with motor’s heat characteristic was used to protect dynamic overload, fault signal of open phrase was gained by adopting AC sampling and sequence filtration algorithm. Finally, the above schemes were analysed and calculated in detail and their realizing methods were given.

Abstract:
Servo system is a link between digital controlled device and machine tool. It is an important part of digital controlled systems, it accepts action pulses from servo controller. These pulses are amplified and converted to drive servo worktable. In this paper, the dynamic performance were presented and researched. The results can provide theoretical basis for rapid response and machining precision.

The main characteristic of intelligent simulation training system(ISTS) and simulation system based on knowledge is that the simulation system incorporates suitably with an expert system. The paper presented the important application of ISTS, using expert system to assist simulation training for fault diagnosis and processing, and an example developed by authors was also introduced.

Abstract:
A amplitude shift keying(ASK) demodulation method based on adaptive filtering was discussed in this paper. The demodulation and performance of adaptive demodulation method to ASK signals was studied by Least Mean Squares algorithm(LMS) in common use. Simulation results of computer indicated that the adaptive demodulation method had better performance than the traditional demodulation method, and it is easy to realize by digital singnal processing(DSP) technology.

DS1820 digital temperature sensor has many advantages such as high precision in measurement, convenience in linking, and can be used in measuring temperature of the principal axis of mine hoist to insure safety production. The working principle, realizing scheme and some problems in usage of measuring system were introduced in the paper.
