It can monitor operating mode of power supply system, related electric parameters and operating status of electric equipment, as well as conduct dynamic management for all power supply facilities and materials, which will greatly improve the management of coal mine network and use efficiency of the facilities and will benefit both safety and production in coal mines.

Abstract:
The paper presents a selfadaptive smith preestimation control scheme for timedelay system. Smith predictor makes up of identificable parameter using RVFF(Recursive Variable Forgetting Factor Method) on line. FNNC (Fuzzy Neural Network Controller) is used as system controller. The simulation results show that the method is effective when parameter is changed.

If it is tested improperly, it will take a lot of labor and leave accident possibility which is more serious. The author puts forward an efficient method offline simulation debugging to debug the interlock table in system main control software.
