Automatic control of coal separation is for the purpose of improving productivity, while product quality must be ensured. There are many parameters that will affect the separation in the procedure of separation,among which, some must be stabilized in a optimum range and some are correlative that needs a optimum match. Human observation and manual operation can hardly meet it. Therefore automatic control is of great significance. The paper focuses on the current status and effects obtained in automatic control technique research for coal preparations in our country.

Abstract:
For the problem existing in the former electrical control system of import hoist by Leonard drive, a rebuilt control scheme based on Simadyn - D control technique is proposed this paper. The applied results shows that the new full-digital control system after rebuilding features the operation on smooth and on safe side, and without any faulty. This new control system is satisfied with the need of production process.

Probes in Propagation of Radio Wave in Mine Roadways

Abstract:
Application and experiment result of radio wave in roadways is introduced. In combination with the result, the author points out that radio wave attenuations in roadway is mainly by wave refraction and reflection rather than wall absorption. Desides long wave and medium wave frequency bands, ultra-short wave frequency band must be taken more attention. Finally the author gives some suggestions in improving radio propagation in roadways.
