This paper discussed the design of agaist bad enviroment of computer control system in the first of underground robot ourselves. By the careful design on reliability, flame proof, moistureproof, heat resisting, vibration installing and reinforcement, the computer control system has standed up the severe test in underground of coal mine, and the robot has worked well during the whole experiment period.

Abstract:
Some failure detection and reliability design schemes of data output channel for mine computer were put forward.The descriptions about the hardware structure and the mechanism as well as the analysis of the performance features were given.The results reduced by analysis and experiments show that the schemes can improve the reliability of data output channel and is easy to be implemented.

In this paper, the theory of nomalization is applied to optimizing the scheme of mine ventilation network database. The optimized scheme given by this paper improves considerably the maintainability of the database, and reduces the redundancy greatly.

A new Fuzzy PID complex control method was proposed. The method is connected with fuzzy control and conventional PID control. This paper used properties of Fuzzy PID complex control to make up the advantages of Fuzzy of control and PID control. Effectiveness and feasibility of the new method was verified by simulation results.
