Abstract:
To achieve multi-machine power balancing for belt conveyors may bring belt conveyor’s operating capacity into full play operating capacity. This paper introduced a regulating control system consisted of mine use microcomputers and other facilities, and discussed the method utilizing electro-control system for regulating between multi-machine power balancing, also the system and regulating control method has been test -proven to be a better solution.
New Control Method in Speed Tracking

Abstract:
Speed tracking is one typical application. This paper,combined with hoister control, proposed a new and simple control method for speed tracking. Design and tests have been done with DC driven auxiliary shaft as backgrond. Lab tests have proven it to be efficient.
Multi-Point Analogous Monitoring System Utilizing Pulse Frequency Signal

Abstract:
This paper briefly introduced a practical system utilizing pulse frequency signal to achieve multipoint analogous monitoring. The system is original in conception, practical and economic. Due to the use of dual tone signal and pulse frequency signal for achieving acquisition and transmission of analogues, the system has the capability of good anti-inteference and high reliability. It is most suitable for use in factory or mine site with random interfernce sources.

This paper described an intelligent steel wire tension detecting system utilizing vibration wave,with high sensibility vibration sensor and single-chip microcomputer as main body. The system can measure tension differences between ropes in multi-rope hoisting conveniently, quickly and fairly accurately.
