Design of photometric separation system for coal and gangue

摘要: 针对煤矸石井下分选回填及综合利用的需求,提出了一种基于激光三维扫描与动态称重的煤矸光电分选系统的设计方案。首先由称重部分对被测物称重,并从所拍摄的每幅被测物图像中提取激光线,计算每幅图像中被测物光切面的面积,然后根据被测物的体积和质量,按照识别算法对煤矸石进行识别,并根据识别结果向煤矸分选驱动机构发送分选信号,从而实现煤与矸石的在线实时分选。测试结果表明,该系统配合相应的执行机构能够准确地识别出煤和矸石,识别率为90%。Abstract: In view of requirements of underground separation and backfilling and utilization for coal and gangue, the paper proposed a design scheme of photometric separation system for coal and gangue based on laser 3D scanning and dynamic weighing. Firstly, the system uses weighing unit to weigh measured object, and extracts laser line from each image of the measured object to calculate areas of optical section of the measured object. Then the system uses recognition algorithm to recognize coal and gangue according to volume and weight of the measured object, and sends separation signal to driving unit of separation for coal and gangue according to recognition result, so as to realize real-time online separation for coal and gangue. Test result shows that the system can recognize coal and gangue accurately combining with relative actuator and its recognition rate is 90%.
