Design of machinery-tracked automatic system of hydraulic support

摘要: 针对目前液压支架电液控制系统自动化程度低的问题,设计了一种液压支架跟机自动化系统。该系统以采煤机牵引位置和方向为基准,根据预先设定的液压支架动作规则控制液压支架动作,使液压支架可跟随采煤机及时有序地进行带压移架和成组推溜操作。测试结果验证了该系统的可行性。Abstract: In view of problem of low automatic degree of current electrohydraulic control system of hydraulic support, a machinery-tracked automatic system of hydraulic support was designed. The system takes traction position and direction of shearer as reference, and accords to preset action rule of hydraulic support to control action of the hydraulic support, so as to make the hydraulic support to track the shearer to finish operations of sliding advance of support and grouped pushing timely and orderly. Test result validates feasibility of the system.
