摘要: 分析了现有矿用高压开关永磁控制器电源现状,指出现有产品可靠性差、电磁干扰大、动作时间长;提出了一种将有源功率因数校正技术应用于矿用高压开关永磁控制器电源的设计思路,并给出了一种基于ML4824的电源设计方案。该设计方案实测电路功率因数为0.98,输出纹波电压为2.4 V,对交流侧的谐波干扰可忽略;用于矿用高压开关永磁控制器时缩短了电容充电时间,且永磁控制器分闸时间达到了地面同等水平。Abstract: Existing status of power source of permanent magnetic controller for mine-used high-voltage switch was analyzed with a conclusion that existing products were poor in reliability, large in electromagnetic interference and long in action time. A design scheme of power source of permanent magnetic controller for mine-used high-voltage switch was proposed by use of active power factor correction technology as well as a design example based on ML4824. The design example has actual power factor of 0.98, output ripple wave voltage of 2.4 V and a little of harmonic wave interference. The design example shortens charging time of electric capacity when it is used in permanent magnetic controller for mine-used high-voltage switch, and makes breaking time of permanent magnetic controller achieve the same level of ones on the ground.
