Abstract: In view of problem that information cannot be shared in original safe production commanding platform of a Coal Group between coal group and subordinate units, the paper proposed a design scheme of safe production commanding platform based on iFIX and iHistorian configuration softwares. It detailedly introduced construction process of the platform from three aspects of making of data encoding rules, data integration platform of mine terminals and data transmission. The actual application shows that the platform not only makes full use of flexibility of iFIX configuration software in developing business modules, but also makes full use of iHistorian configuration software in transmission, compression storage and multi-thread concurrence processing for mass data, which has certain practicality.
