Abstract: In view of problem that safety monitoring networking system of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd. cannot real-timely monitor abnormal measured points of basic units because of multiple business and large amount of data, the paper proposed a pre-warning mechanism of safety monitoring networking system. The mechanism combines with instant communication system and is fitted with pre-warning module and grade alarming module to make manager and operator real-timely get alarming and fault information in range of managed businesses and improve attention-degree for alarming and fault information, so as to realize supervision and monitoring for production environment of basic units.
