Abstract: This paper analyzed defects of network congestion in traditional mine-used monitoring and control system caused by a great of transmitted monitoring data, and proposed a new kind of distributed data communication system based on DCOM combining with experience of pratice, and introdced design of the system structure as well as realized key technologies. The system reduced transmitted data and solved network congestion problem, at the same time, it improved stability and reliability of operation of mine safety monitoring and control system.
