Design of SCADA-EMS Power Dispatching System of Coal Mine Based on GPS

    针对SCADA-EMS煤矿供电调度系统存在主站端与远动分站RTU的时间不能同步,从而影响数据采集准确性的问题,提出了一种基于GPS的SCADA-EMS煤矿供电调度系统的设计方案。该系统通过SCADA-EMS实时监测供电系统的运行情况,并可通过客户端进行远程访问;采用GPS与锁相环相结合的方法实现RTU交流数据采样的实时性和准确性。实际应用表明,该系统可有效保证煤矿供电系统的稳定运行。

    Abstract:

    In view of problem existed in SCADA-EMS power dispatching system of coal mine that time between master station and RTU of remote substation can not synchronization to influence accuracy of collected data, the paper proposed a design scheme of SCADA-EMS power dispatching system of coal mine based on GPS. The system real-timely monitors operation condition of power system through SCADA-EMS and can make remote access through client, and uses method combining GPS with PLL to realize real-time performance and accuracy of collected AC data of RTU. The actual application showed that the system can ensure stable operation of power system of coal mine effectively.
