Inter Control控制器在掘进机电控系统中的应用

Application of Inter Control controller in electrical control system of roadheader

  • 摘要: 分析了掘进机现场工况对电控系统中控制器的要求;针对以传统PLC为核心的掘进机电控系统存在防护等级低、环境适应性差等问题,基于现有的专用控制器性能比较,选用Inter Control专用控制器作为掘进机电控系统的核心,详细介绍了该电控系统的硬件组成和控制器程序设计方案。Inter Control控制器已成功应用于某全岩掘进机电控系统中。井下工业性试验结果表明,该电控系统克服了传统PLC电控系统的缺点,且运行稳定可靠,未出现通信故障。

     

    Abstract: Requirements about controller of electrical control system were analyzed according to condition of roadheader working field. For low protection hierarchy and poor environment adaptability of traditional electrical control system of roadheader which took PLC as a core, an appropriative controller named Inter Control was taken as a core of electrical control system of roadheader on the basis of performance comparisons of existing appropriative controllers. Hardware composition of the electrical control was introduced in detail as well as design scheme of controller program. Inter Control controller has been successfully applied to an electrical control system of all-rock roadheader. The industrial test underground shows the electrical control system overcomes disadvantages of traditional ones based on PLC, and runs stably and reliably without any communication faults.
